Why exactly kill her off? For the movie? Cause im guessing the movie is a diff timeline, so a diff actress playing her doesn't mean kill her on tv,unless they think there might be confusion over her character on 2 things at same time. She'll still be on arrow flashbacks at least.

I don't think they had to kill her off, but you can't ignore the possibility that the Suicide Squad movie played a factor in Waller's "TV death". Of course it could be simply setting up Digg's wife as A.R.G.U.S head.

I never got the Oracle thing. What was it,and how has it been addressed?

Oracle was Barbara Gordon, the original Batgirl, since retired. She was shot and paralyzed by the Joker and thus was born the Oracle. She was pushed by Batman to use her knowledge of "information sciences" to fight crimes. The parallels between Barbara and Felicity are pretty obvious, if not 100% lined up.

That ending...No way Thea dies from this at least. I actually hope they dont kill Malcolm,didn't like him early on,but started to in s3.

And Felicitys dad is that guy!? This won't end well for him. Maybe he'll find out one day that he was battling her. Assuming he doesn't already know.

lol, my final guess from last episode, basically resolved halfway into this episode.

Don't know if this is a S4 finale type thing, or something to set up S5, cause the timeline of when the funeral happens seems to be inconsistent at times.

Thought it was a great episode, but man is Ollie's fighting skill inconsistent. S1-S2, he could take on just about everyone by himself. S3-S4, he's been neutered for no reason at times and in this episode, proceeds to handle Malcolm like it's nothing though he's been shown to be more than a good enough challenge for Oliver.

Yeah I thought it was odd he handled him so handily. I mean I don't think they faced off much recently and presumably he's gotten so much better after facing Ras last year so I didn't question it too much. Thought it was a pretty good episode, but man those flashbacks are trash

I thought it was a setup to keep him alive, not give up the ring willingly, and save Thea. Oliver is really Ras, he just chooses not to be, so he could always take it back and give it to Malcolm later. Then the last scene happens and that is out the window.


This episode had a lot of new options for who dies, but then wrapped most of them up. Since we haven't really seen if a funeral happens and Oliver is just there after everyone leaves or there really isn't a funeral, we don't know too much.

I'm thinking Felicity's dad. No one would really show up for a criminal and someone she wasn't close with. Anyone else dies, the rest of the Arrow team would be there. If it is Oliver's son, then you would think his mother and/or friends would show up. There is no reason to bring him into the show to just put him into jail. I hope it's not because it wouldn't have much impact on the show, but I guess it wouldn't be a character that anyone cares about.

It seems more like a "he's there after everyone leaves" type of thing. Especially if it's his son, he wants to show up AFTER everyone leaves, since nobody knows he's the dad. And with Barry being there too, it'd have to be someone Barry knows as well, and I'd think he'd show up for a funeral if it's someone like Olivers son, since Barry knows about him(and rest of Team Arrow doesn't,which is why it's just Oliver and then Felicity(who'd probably find out eventually) who are there)

Not just that,but how many people dying would lead to not only Barry showing up for the funeral, but Oliver/Felicity being real mad/wanting revenge on.

Olivers Son, Felicitys mom, Lance and Thea are probably the only ones I could see that happening for. Someone in Diggles family, Felicitys dad, or even Malcolm, I don't see that type of reaction coming out of them.

The episode aired in east and central time zones already, and was airing in west when i posted that. On every tv show thread, basically unwritten rule of not entering if you haven't seen latest episode

Still though, if episode airs and someone hasn't seen it,still shouldn't be going in the thread until they've watched it,regardless if its the next day, week or month.

The CW app uploads the episode the next day. So Flash on Wednesday, Arrow on Thursday, etc.
