Can't believe Felicitys mom was actually the one to abandon her dad. So glad Reva is gone too...would have liked Thea to just kill Merlin already though.

After watching Arrow since the first episode we gave up at the 16th of this season although we could've stopped some time ago but kept on watching.
From the beginning of the third season it's been a chore to watch this show as it felt like the focus of the show shifted from the (Green) Arrow to Olicity (don't think I could hate that name anymore), it's like it's been Felicity Smoak and friends (feat. Arrow) to me for a while now. That, the lack of an interesting villain compared to Deathsroke, how they ridiculed his character in that episode he appeared on season 3, how inconsistent Oliver fighting skill have been (beating Merlin easily when he cut his hand to struggling against random thugs), and that episodes seem to get quite similar.
So Laurel died. I guess it's a shame since I liked her character as she seemed to get more valuable lately although at the same time she still has been quite irrelevant to the show.

To those who still enjoy the show, I hope you keep liking it and that keeps being interesting. Unfortunately even if the show gets better, I feel it's too late for me to care again.

I agree with this, Show needs to focus on the Green Arrow more and less on the Smoak family.

Olicity is officially boring but let's not overstate it's female half's weight on the show (Felicity And Friends-Featuring The Arrow). She's obviously a main character but she's not the co-lead.

Darhk upped the ante by killing "tens of thousands". If he's not removed in the season finale I'll be disappointed.

Digg's brother is (was) a really bad guy.

I really dont know why the writers think we care about Felicity's family drama. Also, her hypocrisy has become so blatant it's extremely hard to like her as a character. Sad to see what they did to what was originally a relly fun character in the earlier seasons.

The main thing about Felicity is that she was better in S1/2 when so often, she kept talking in double entendres. Her appearances on Flash in Arrows S3 were better/funnier than she was in Arrow S3 also. She was still fine in S4(funniest scene was the "chatty cathy"/mom argument with Oliver over their earpiece, and everyone else could hear it on theirs too), but ever since the Oliver/son thing, she hasn't really been so good at all. After this season, I wonder who takes over as the main villain next. Maybe they could finally finish the Malcolm stuff now that League of Assassins is gone. Or have them stop the events that eventually lead to Star City turning into what it was in Legends of Tomorrow.

That was a pretty bad finale. The show really should be called "Felicity and Friends" at this point.

Ya,not really a big finale. No cliffhanger moment to end the season or anything. Don't know where they go from here. Is s5 the end? Cause he was on the island for 5 years, and now obviously for 5th season,we'll see how Oliver goes from how he was on island to end s4, to how they found him to start series.

Flash has had it's moments of "non-greatness" too, but clearly had a superior season finale.

I never was a fan of Ollie in politics, so the ending didn't excite me.

Darhk was too powerful, but handicapped by writers' conveniences.

She's weird... she got mad at oliver because he didn't say he had a son, and even though she knew he was forced not to

No, he was able to counteract and nullify the magic Dahrk has because of all those people who believed in him -- or rather, in believing in goodness. This was shown a few episodes back with the friend of Constantine. Hokey as **** and I didn't like it, and they couldn't even get Dahrk and Ollie's fight to look good when they were equals. They just traded punches like they weren't trained. The fight scenes in the previous episode with Arrow and Diggle running and shooting thru the "ark" in broad daylight was great but the finale was "meh."

I still really like the show, but I certainly wish they get their S1-S2 groove back.
