Unrelated to the current discussion but its quite a cool coincidence Diane Rigg (Queen of Thorns/Lady Olenna) during her days playing Emma Peel on the Avengers in the 60s bears a close/decent resemblance to Natalie Dormer. I dont think that was intentional in casting though

Edit: pic ive found. Probably not the best comparison photo

Just my personal opinion, but Diana Rigg in her prime was way hotter than Natalie Dormer.

If it's true, then seriously **** the Internet. I wasn't even on a website that had anything to do with the show. That's harsh, man.

How do people get these future episode spoilers so readily?
That sucks man, and yeah, people can be so damned tactless.

So in episode 10 of season 2, Jaqen mentions to Arya that "the girl has many names on her lips (lists off her names) she can offer them all to the red god". But then once she is there she has to become no one and forgo all that she was and the revenge that she seeks. She was "punished" for killing Meran Trant too..... Just a random thought as I am rewatching past seasons.

Got my popcorn ready for tomorrow night! Can't wait. The last two episodes seem to have been really focused letting pieces fall into place, and now I think it's about to get realllll froggy out there. Love this show so much

The scene in question, I found it in a reddit thread from 9 months ago that's talking about what you're referencing.

              And the reddit thread...

Arya' storyline away from Westeros has been poop. At least that experiment is over. Hopefully.

At the end of the day I'm not entirely sure how I feel about Arya's "faceless saga." For a bit I guess I didn't quite understand the point. I am glad it's over

Not a fan of the Arya stuff. Felt like a waste. I'm glad she found herself though.

When I ran across it, I was just in Yahoo looking for Broncos news and it was the top "story" on the main page. The site it was pulled from is Polygon (I think)

I dunno what the point of the article was/is, all I know is it was 5 words, very direct, saying a characters name and saying something is gonna happen. As soon as I saw the words I covered the screen with my hand and closes rhe browser

                                LOL.

So okay. Arya was training to become a faceless man. She was reprepanded once for killing Meran Trant, warned and chastised for not killing the actress. Has a contract put on her by Jaquen and is gut stabbed by the waif.

She kills the waif goes back to Jaquen AFTER he put a hit out on her and not only tells him where she will be but doesn't put needle in his heart....? WTF.

I get the part where waif said the red god requires one more and I suppose I could believe that putting Waif up there in place of her "takes her off the hook" but do you really want to leave Jaquen alive.

Unrelated did she really learn any discernible "assassin skills" during her training? AKA can she change faces at will now?

Unrelated, but I know HBO and GoT has a budget and all, but they could've done so much more with the "siege of Mereen", so much more we didn't get a single shot of a dragon burning ships in the harbor at all.....Missed opportunity. None, the less I am super excited for the "Bastard Bowl" next week.
