I think this series is very entertaining. I'm not too sure how accurate it is seeing that I'm 20 and either wasn't alive or was just a baby when this trail was being held but it is done in a very compelling way that makes you want more. I'm fine with scenes of the kids because it helps develop the character portrayal of Robert Kardashian. I also love all the attention to detail the put in making sure everything matches up.

It's weird watching this show, thinking "this storyline is cool, they got so much plot twists and crazy moments." Then realizing all this did happen in real life.

Really couldn't write this stuff. Reality was so crazy.

Travoltas reaction at times lol, he looks like he's about to just jump over a table and knock someone out. Not a bad thing, he's doing great job.

I don't mean "reasonable doubt", I mean "he was set up, he had NOTHING" to do with the murder.

No offense to those that may think this....but if you think this was one giant set-up your an ignorant idiot. Everyone with any ounce of common sense knows the evidence was overwhelming and he did this.

The issue though was his defense team was brilliant. They destroyed Clark and Darden like grapes. It was amateur hour at the DA's office. This first massive blunder was not filing the case in the county where the crime was committed. If they did that, then their jury pool would have been from Brentwood and neighborhoods of OJ's true peers.

The next massive blunder was Marcia Clark turning this into a domestic violence trial. Forget motive......you had blood everywhere leading right back to his home. Focus on the blood evidence only and what will get him convicted.

But of course karma always has a way of catching up to people. OJ is in prison and will never see the outside of a correctional facility for the rest of his natural born life. Funny how that worked out. Also seeing how Kardashian and Johnnie had their lives cut short by cancer.....karma can be a bitch. Shapiro knew from the get go this guy was guilty as sin. I mean OJ himself in this series act's like a guilty man. He is literally trying to convince himself he did not do it. The Bronco chase? LOL guilty as charged. No one else was ever even suspected.

Too bad the LA PD was corrupt and easy to target. It made casting doubt pretty easy with the Einsteins they had on the jury. What a hack job by Clark and Darden on jury selection. Again that rolls right back to the stupid moronic decision to try the case downtown instead of where the crime was committed. That alone destroyed them.

Plus the civil trial was found for the victims families which basically tells you....OJ killed them both.

This is a text book case for young prosecutors on what not to do. And for defense attorneys on how to exploit the race card and use the media to destroy potential jury pools.

A disgrace of our system. 95% of the time they get it right. But 5% they get it wrong (and that goes both ways). I was appalled at all the people dancing in the streets and cheering after the verdict (I was 25 at the time I believe). 2 people were brutally murdered and people are cheering like this was a game. How in gods green earth can any person with an ounce of common sense think that the LA PD can put on this elaborate set up.

        Truly insane.

I believe if this happened today he would have been convicted easily. So much has been improved because of this case on how to collect samples and close loop holes in DNA testing. This case in hindsight really helped tighten DNA in murder cases. So at least that came out of it.

As for the show. It's damn good TV. It's cool to see the behind the scenes of what happened. I lived this case everyday back then. Pretty amazing Cochran seems to believe OJ was set-up.....just amazing in my mind for such an intelligent guy. I wonder if that will change as the show moves forward.

I don't think there's a few people that think he didn't do it. It may have taken some time for "us" to accept it(especially compared to then)but you won't find many folks now that still believe he didn't do it.

I have never personally spoken to anyone over the last 20 years that thought he was innocent.

Like most people I had a very hard time believing it when it first broke...but then the Bronco chase and then seeing all the blood evidence. It was clear as a clean window he was the guy.

It was shocking of course. But it happened. Probably still one of the most shocking celebrity murder cases ever.

He's actually up for parole next year, and has a pretty good chance at getting out. That's actually why he isn't talking to the media about this show, he is a model prisoner and doesn't want to jeapordize his parole.

Yes, in fact the book was set to be released and then something happened whereby it was scuttled. I heard a story once that there were actually warehouses full of that book and they had to be destroyed.

I missed last week's episode so will be watching back to back eps tonight. (I guess that's one advantage to being in Canada and not getting the full American FX schedule )

We get a repeat of the last week's episode at 9. In the US they're showing the Avengers before the OJ show.

The book was eventually released by the Goldman family with a new title and added commentary.

I didn't know that, I'm sure the proceeds went to a better cause as well.
