Damn I am giddy. So happy they have tied in Prometheus with this new Alien movie.

I guess I was one of the few who really enjoyed Prometheus.

I like it better than 3 or 4. Going with both my sons which is cool. Working on the mommy.

An outstanding sequel to Prometheus.

I don’t want to spoil it for those who have yet to see it. But if you are a big fan of the original Alien this is must viewing.

We got a lot of answers and have more questions as we race to the third and final prequel to Ridley Scotts timeless classic Alien.

Well, I thought it was better than Prometheus. Interested to see what happens in the next one, if there is one. At this point, I would have rather seen Blomkamp's Aliens sequel.

Finally saw this and was really impressed. The scene on the outer hull was especially great action. Makes me want to go back and watch Prometheus again. I heard there may be 1 or 2 more prequels?

Did watch Prometheus again. Now I get why I didn't understand it until Covenant came along. NOW I think I have to go back and watch at least the first part of Alien again. I've lost the names of the planets/moons involved and I guess there are still dots to connect.

It's interesting to watch David now in Prometheus after you've seen him in Covenant. His somewhat earlier subtle lines.

Also, recalling my problem the first go around with this was largely the male anthropologist/archeologist. He just didn't seem to portray a man of science. I know he was drinking at the latter point when 'arguing' with David, but he came across as a bar room idiot. Just didn't sell that role. Also, the douchey geologist who seemed possessed later was odd. What was that? Was there an organism inside of him controlling his body? Finally, if a giant-sized donut shaped ship is rolling toward you, you may want to run away from that linear path that a donut may follow and especially stay away from the heavier side, cuz when it loses momentum, it's going to fall that way.

The lead female scientist did a tremendous job and showed an incredible fortitude, especially during that surgery!
