It's a weird situation but Universal owns the rights to stand alone Hulk movies. Universal could make a deal to partner with Marvel like what Sony did.

Thor doesn't appeal to me very much. Didn't like the first one except for "I need a horse!" and the second one was entirely forgettable. I'll give this one a shot if for nothing else than the bigger picture before Infinity War, but probably not in theater.

I'm somewhat with you on that. I liked the 1st one enough. I thought it depicted the Asgard realm very well. Loki was definitely the star of the show. The Destroyer was a pretty amazing.

        Thor2 was guano.

I really enjoyed the first film but have yet to see the second which I will at some point before seeing this. I know the second film wasn't well received by fans but I'll still check it out.

1st was way better story, though I did see it after I saw avengers so that did spoil alot. 2nd though had its funny moments with the shoes and the wormhole (Kat dennings character was basically similar to her 2BG character), and the Loki moments were good, especially his final scene of the movie.

The earth storylines though I don't find so interesting after shield was taken out of picture in 2nd movie.

New international trailer. Most of it isn't new, but at the very beginning there's new clips showing

I saw some type of 3rd trailer, Japanese based, and maybe it's the way the trailer was cut but it's looking very jumbled.

Seeing some great reviews and saying its the funniest Marvel movie to date. I didn't know that the director Taika Waititi who did What We Do in the Shadows was directing it. One of the funniest movies in the last 10 years. Can't wait to check it out.

Hope they write the role correctly for the Valkyrie, because the look is not there. Image searched Valkyrie/Marvel and this is a sample. I mean they're Norse/Nordic mythological characters. Guess we'll see.

Tessa Thompson doesn't look like her but I think she's a great actress. From the reviews I saw, everyone says she's great and one of the highlights of the film.

Didn't care for her in Westworld. Anything she's been great in?

Seeing his interview on Jimmy Kimmel, really sounds like they're going in completely diff direction now. Basically just started from scratch after the last Thor movie. Hemsworth basically bashing the past movies saying he's so much happier doing this one than ones in the past.

Guess we'll see once it comes out if this is one of the better movies. The one clip they did play on Jimmy Kimmel was a comedy bit which was funny. Basically like a bit of a jab at superhero logic.

Well good, that makes me kind of want to see it then. I did not like the first two Thor movies, though the first one did not lack being authentic to its source material... I just don't think I much liked the source material is all.

I liked the first two movies for the most part, but think they were largely steered by the larger momentum/objectives of the cinematic universe.

We've come so far from geeking out over Agent Coulson dealing w/ a hammer in the desert. Seem like such simpler times. We're a movie away from someone wearing a glove of nearly unlimited power hurling a moon at our heroes.
