Season finale was great...hoping NBC keeps it on but not holding my breath

I loved the finale as well. With the way it ended I hope to god we a get a 3rd season. I remember last year it was originally cancelled but 3 days later they decided to renew it after outpouring of fan support. Maybe we'll get lucky again as alot of people are making their voices heard.

Any Lethal Weapon (TV show) fans? The ouster of Clayne Crawford seemingly as a contingency for the show's renewal was really something. He seems to be an alright but complex guy much like his character on Rectify (great performance by the way).

EDIT: Not seemingly as I just read where "Fox never had the option to renew the series with Crawford attached."

I liked it, but never knew of the problems. Not sure what happened to cause them to remove him from the show, almost everyone on the show was sticking up for him.

Probably won't be watching. Without Riggs, it's not Lethal Weapon.

They will actually be keeping the Riggs name as the brother of the departed character takes over.

Very happy that Last Man Standing is back. It should have never been cancelled. I enjoyed the hell out of it even outside of some of the reasons which it "got attention." I thought it was a really good, well-written, solid and generally wholesome show and it was multicam which I always prefer.

Kevin Can Wait was a waste but I was watching still. Just too many mistakes. Happy that Man with a Plan is getting another shot. I enjoy it except I cannot stand the wife's character at all. Straight up sociopath and annoying as ****. Superior Donuts was definitely a big time waste too. So much potential, so funny otherwise but the constant lesson bull**** must have killed it off. I'm happy it got cancelled.

Really hoping we get some good multicam sitcoms going into next season. Everyone knows that's my wish already. That's all I want.

I'll probably catch a couple episodes when it comes back to see how it is. For the political attention it got after being cancelled, the show wasn't even really about that - it dealt with all that stuff with typical sitcom jokes.

The info out doesn't list the middle and youngest daughters as part of the cast, so it'll be interesting to see the dynamic if they don't come back. I thought a lot of the better stuff was with Tim Allen and those two.

It absolutely wasn't about that at all and I'm heavily annoyed it "became" about that.

I really hope Eve comes back. She was probably my favorite character. Hilarious and her constantly needling her sisters and being Dad's favorite were really good story and character elements.

I'm sure they'll be back. I don't think they're doing much else.

I couldn't agree with you more on Last Man Standing. That show is fantastic and I was very shocked when it got canceled. It coming back was a huge surprise and I'm very stoked.

It's just not killing with the ratings...same with B99 though, so i'm really hoping. If both can survive I'll be really happy, but at least 1 has so far.

Kevin Can Wait just went to ****. The first few episodes this season were okay but then nothing but blah. I actually stopped watching about 8 episodes ago because it just didn't make me laugh at all. Killing off the wife did exactly what I thought it would do. Really stupid mistake by them.

I actually found it entertaining for a time but the killing of the wife off under those circumstances was too much although with the writing quality in many of the episodes it might not of made a difference. My favorite three characters on the show were Kevin's brother, Rutger (played by Bas Rutten, the only MMA guy I like), and the older daughter.

Not sure what happened with him and Wayans, but there appears to be an impasse. It sounds like Wayans may have insisted on them firing him. Crawford looks like he had support of other cast members, but who knows. Wayans is the only one that I saw say anything bad about it.

If Wayans really wanted him gone, I think he will be missing him next season when it is cancelled. Wayans has some occasional good scenes, but I think most people were watching for Crawford playing Riggs.

Wayans would be the lunatic if some of the allegations he's spreading are false. "Relished in making females cry." "Striking fear in cast and crew." He also claimed that this was found throughout the lot:



One episode of Rectify will convince you that Crawford is an excellent actor but if the production executives thought he was the driving force behind a "bubble show" why would they part with their most valuable asset? I think he has issues but I also think Wayans really went off when he saw all the online support for Clayne and all the hostility thrown his way.
