Am I missing something with Cody trying to throw the Temptation Challenge? He wanted to throw it to enable him last place and an automatic place in the veto challenge. Paul said during the challenge that he knew he would try to throw it.


Had Cody tried and won, wouldn't he have immunity for the week? Am I missing something?

He wanted to get last so he would be on the block for sure.
That way they could not back door him. If he was on the block he would be able to win the Veto and take himself off the block.
Now he will be back doored with no chance to take himself off the block.

He probably thought everybody else would try to win and it would be easier to throw the challenge than win. If he had lost and didn't come in last it would be easier to back door him but if he lose then he at least has a chance to play in the veto. Worked good last week when Jess did it cause I don't think anybody else was thinking about her throwing the challenge.

It's easier to lose than win. His thinking is that by time people saw what he was doing, it'd be too late. He wouldn't have won if he tried because you had to be perfect to even tie Mark. Is it sad that Cody VS Matt in a battle for last was actually the most exciting part of a comp this year?

But his plan almost did work. Not in have not room 99% of week, but the 1% cost him. Easy in hindsight for Paul to say Cody should've chosen hoh room as his answers, but I'm sure he chose not to because of hoh lockdowns. He probably did spend more time in Josh's hoh room during lockdowns than he did the have not room.

How can you like it? There isn't a single likeable person. Kevin is the closest thing to being likeable but he doesn't know wtf he is doing. In the beginning I liked Christmas but her Diaries are so awful, plus she cant compete. Everybody's diaries have been awful for that matter. And just the way everyone is playing is fuggin dumb. I checked out last week.

If I ever see or hear that guy Paul on TV again I'll probably chuck my remote through the screen.

Christmas was good before her injury, but since then hasn't been that good.

The jury celebration got even worse, I wonder if CBS showed that to mock the fans who are calling them out on it.

Hopefully Cody stays and some couple is split up. That should cause them to turn.

If/When the couples get split up, make it Elena/Raven that go first. Those two are way too annoying.

Didn't read up yet on what happened at jury celebration, but it's not surprising if CBS does just show edited parts to make certain people look good.

But it's always funny how excited people get for making jury. It is the end game for most players BB casts, which is why they treat making jury like a bad sports team clinching a playoff spot. The good players will treat it like a top team clinching playoffs.

"Secret scenes" episode or maybe that pointless episode last year with prizes and other stuff. The fact they're not saying what the episode is probably means it's a pointless one that they want people to watch so they won't tell them it's pointless beforehand.

I really like Kevin, Jason, and Alex. Paul is playing a great game. I think Christmas and Matt could be sleepers. I think the season is fine.

As far as jury, it's the equivalent of making the money in a poker tournament. They all just secured a pretty big check, and time in a nice house with CBS spoiling them. It's just the first goal.

Now is when you can make a big move and not take a big hit in cash.

Still, from a fan point of view, you want the most entertaining and competitive season from start to finish. Not everyone flying under the radar for 2 months and playing the game for a few weeks after.

Nope. It's reality TV. I just want to see how different people manage the game. Matt and Raven have actually put themselves in a good position. Not only did they escape early eviction, they will probably be the key cogs that get Paul out.

Elena and Mark are in a worse position because they continually fail to convince anyone they can be trusted.

One thing I would say is that I would prefer a season of All-Star, or a season of new players. I really do hate adding in 1-4 vets to the mix. I don't hold this against Paul, and it is ridiculous how few see him as playing a great game. He hasn't safety in awhile, yet continues to dominate the house. Had he pulled a Cody, he would already be gone. There are ways to get people to do your bidding, and that is part of the game.

I would say that all of us have pretty rational thoughts about how the game may go for where. And all of that is based on how it has been played so far. You can't step in now and understand the dynamics.

Raven hasn't at all. People annoyed at her alot. Saying she's using her illness as an excuse so often, doubting it's as bad as she claims (she seems to have a story relating to her illness regarding every topic brought up in the house lol), and even Paul is on to her. He even admitted he intentionally makes a point, and 5 mins later makes the exact opposite point, and Raven would agree with both.

It's reality TV and all, but they cast these players. Surely you can cast a crazy competitive season with drama too.

To be clear, I didn't say she was playing a great game. Just that her and Matt are playing better than anyone that has left. Matt probably gets more credit for that.

I'm not a real fan of Raven, as she comes off like an overly dramatic high school kid. But it's hard to say that Mark and Elena are playing better. The truth is, kissing Paul's butt was the ticket to whatever the Jury House Payday is. I don't Raven has a legitimate shot to win, but she's going to bed n the game longer than many.

And once you get to the late game, anything can happen. But I think Paul is going to go much sooner than anyone thinks. For as well as he has played, he really needs to chill out.

I'm still thinking Alex is the one to beat.

CBS has basically stopped showing her talking. Anytime she opens her mouth she has to talk about her multiple diseases which she says she is going to die in 2 years (because she won't use a feeding tube IF something happens). She literally talks about it non-stop and makes up a bunch of stuff. Stuff came out about the family and CBS stopped showing her. They scam people and Raven is either brainwashed or in on it.
