I like Josh but that was a robbery. Paul not only never went on the block but the person he wanted to go every week went. As far as his social game, it wasn't like he was Russell Hantzing people but I guess bitter jury is gonna be bitter.

Josh winning wasn't as bad as Paul losing to Nicole simply because she's a girl, but still pretty bad.

He lost because he’s absolutely terrible at jury management. You can’t lie to them during the eviction videos and lie to them during the live questions before the vote and expect for them to vote for you. He didn’t learn from his mistakes from last season and he deserved to lose.

Josh no doubt did have the best finale speeches out of the 2, but it's always so hard to predict how the jury even votes. Every season there's always diff criteria. One season it might not matter how ruthless a game you played, people vote based on what you did. Other seasons people care more about backstabbing and vote on emotions.

It's easy to say "jury management", but there's no definitive way to win a season of BB.

Jury members who get upset over being lied to are such hypocrites. Am I supposed to believe that people like Alex or Jason wouldn't have turned on Paul if given the chance?

...and Jessica giving the Jury grief about how no one went after Paul was rich since she did the same thing. Her HoH that got Ramses evicted was the turning point in the game, in my opinion.

Paul called Cody’s military status into question, got Josh to attack people and name called people. Paul got personal with people. Josh did as well but at least he tried to make up for it. Paul just kept lying. The only people to really believe his bull**** afterwards is the biggest bull****ter of all, Raven.

There’s a difference in lying to someone during the game and continuing to lie to someone once they are out of the game. If Paul came clean during the eviction videos and during the live questions I think he wins.

Couldn't disagree more, Paul detailed everything he accomplished and laid it out perfectly, after his speech I thought it was a wrap. He orchestrated everything, won veto after all his HOHs, won other vetos to ensure noms stayed with his plan, the only mistake imo was pointing out winning stage 1 of the final HOH comp when he ultimately lost so who cares if he won the first leg. Other than that he was perfect. Josh couldn't even put his speech together because he was gonna cry again, and was rather incoherent in his responses to jury. It's crazy how perfect you have to be to win this game

                      And so was America!

This could not have been a more perfect ending. The most bitter jury in the history of Big Brother lets the most bitter jury member in the history of Big Brother cast the deciding vote for one of the least deserving winners in Big Brother history.

I knew Cody was going to get AFP, because seriously, he was just awful.

I also loved that before the votes are revealed, they got Jessica to lay out just how dominant Paul was, and how Paul was the easy winner, in total contradiction to her man, who she knew had it in for Paul. And they included her fawning over Paul just to twist the knife a little harder for Cody.

Now, while the jury was ultra bitter, and Paul absolutely deserved to win, Paul played himself out of the money. If it wasn't bad enough that he lied to the jury in his goodbye message, but then proceeded to spin his BS to the jury face to face. If he wanted "friendship," then honest answers, where he apologizes for playing the game so hard, and for how he had to play. Instead, he really had a large hand in making the jury bitter.

And he saved Josh's bacon, because had Josh brought Christmas, he had the winning hand. "I evicted the one guy you all failed to evict." Boom, Josh wins. Of course, that assumes the meatball could have thought of that, because he made no case for himself, at all.

Really, that would have been sweet, Paul finishing out of the money. But this season was too lame to even pull that off.

But man, when I saw Cody's vote, I laughed out loud and hard. And you know BB was hoping Cody was going to give Paul the win. But this was even better.

I knew Paul lost the game when he told Alex and then went and forced a tie. He over played the game and tried to control everything. You can lie to people and evict them, but don't lie about doing it in the goodbye message. Don't lie when answering questions from the jury.

If he had only not told Alex anything since he went and made someone else vote her out, he may have been able to keep her vote.

Glad Paul didn't win, not happy Josh won, and glad Cody won as it all shoves it back it CBS production's faces for casting these idiots.

I definitely think the biggest factor in him losing was the goodbye messages. Him pretending that he got blindsided when all his "friends" went home while Josh told all of them how Paul was screwing them over in the goodbye messages was surely a big key in getting the jury to feel so bitter.

His decision to lie during the questions (and then seemingly come clean during his final speech) was bad too, but it seemed like most of the jury had their minds made up before they even got on stage. It definitely seemed like in the very least, he had no chance of getting Elena, Mark, or Alex's votes.

Marlena respected Josh's game, Jason admitted he's a sore lose, Alex is petty, and Cody just wanted to mess with them.

Paul played himself. If he would have just owned his game he probably wins 5-2. Instead he kept lying and denying, until his last speech where he all of a sudden tried to claim all the credit. If he had been honest in goodbye messages, and in the questions I think he gets everyone's vote except Alex and Jason. Even Cody had said he was going to vote for Paul if he made it, but I think Paul continuing to lie during the questions and giving non-answers made Cody say F it.
