    Shareholders approved the purchase.

So I *think* it's officially official, deal done?

Yeah. It actually isn't completely done, but I'm guessing we're at 85%.

Walt Disney Co. and 21st Century Fox Inc. shareholders on Friday overwhelmingly approved Disney’s proposed $71.3-billion takeover of much of Rupert Murdoch’s 21st Century Fox — a milestone in a merger that is expected to dramatically reshape the entertainment industry.

More than 85 honestly. It basically goes to regulators to approve it, which was already said they’d more than likely be approving it as long as Fox Sports wasn’t apart of the deal which it isn’t. Comcast was the biggest hurdle this deal faced. Once they bowed out it was pretty much a done deal

Might the first ten or so minutes of this movie be the greatest ever? I'm not exaggerating or using hyperbole. I've seen this movie enough to count on both hands now but I still can't look away or be bothered by anything else during the beginning of this movie.

Got dammit, man; I still can't believe Hulk got done like that. Most shocking thing for me in the MCU besides Paul Rudd being an Avenger.

There are multiple ten minute spans that scream "must-watch" to me. The opening. The Witch/Vision fight that leads to the Cap return. The Titan/Wakanda fight scene (which is more like a 25 minute span of pure focus). It's insane how good of a movie this is.

I pre-ordered this from Target awhile back. It's for RedCard members only but it's pretty easy to sign-up for the debit card. Plus, you get 5% off of all your purchases and free shipping on online orders. I can't wait for it to come in.

I think my favorite is when Thor comes to Wakanda, with Rocket and Groot, and lays the smack down. Every time I see that I realize Thor is my dude lol. He eclipses Cap and Black Panther for me which I never saw coming.

Finally watched this movie. Feeling unsatisfied with Hulk in the this movie and him in Ragnarok, also I'm incredibly butthurt with how they did Spider-Man dirty like that.

Other than that I really liked it. I'm watching it again because I didn't pay close enough attention the first time after Dr. Strange saw all the different outcomes. I guess he had a good reason for giving up his stone.

                      Re: Avengers: Infinity War

I found this to be the best of all the MCU movies. It's great that #4 is coming out next year, because obviously nothing else can happen until that.

My fave line from the movie:
                      Quill: Where is Gamora?
                      Stark: Who is Gamora?
Drax: I'll do you one better, why is Gamora?

The one downside to a movie like this is that we see so little from all the characters. The way everything is going though, is Avengers 4 gonna be like a "passing of the torch" with the original Avengers and everyone else? I don't read rumors or speculation or any of that, but that's just something I could see happening.

They really have to bring back Coulson eventually too.

I heard this was improvised. It was beyond hilarious the first time I watched it, but knowing it was coming up the next time I was kind of "Eh" with it.

I kind of feel like Drax has also been only been resorted to being the comedic relief the last two films I've seen him. I don't even remember him having a lot of action in GotG 2, and this was almost the same. He's kind of just been stupid. In the first film he just took things literally and I thought that was fine to have, especially since he was also battling like a mofo. I hope we see something back to that form the next time he pops up in the MCU.

Maybe I'm just misremembering then. He may have contributed at the end some, but I just remember him laughing at a bunch of things the whole time.

He was in the big group battle in the beginning and he was hanging out the back of the ship keeping the gold folk off when they were getting chased. I think that was all in the first twenty-thirty minutes.

Agreed...the first 20 minutes or so were awesome. When Peter Parker first appeared and it was his arm hair standing up, a.k.a. "spidey-sense"...yeah, I was geeking out like an 8-year old. I just love the casting for Spiderman in general. Gosh, he does such a great job embodying the comic.

My favorite line was Strange asking Quill: "Who is your master?" and the response: "What am I supposed to say, Jesus?" I was laughing so hard.
