I'd say more neurotic than anything but as fan of sarcasm I enjoyed it.

It's weird, I never liked his standup but loved the show.

For me, the best character was George hands down.

George did have a lot of great episodes.

Funny little observation in the documentary "When Jews Were Funny" by Gilbert Godfried talking about the Seinfeld show and how they were really all Jewish characters in their styles and mannerisms. Good piece if you haven't seen it. Very true.

Speaking of which....this may be my favorite one shot character:

And I'm sure most of you guys know that Larry David based the George character on many of his life experiences.

That was actually my least favorite episode ever, not because of George, but the backwards theme didn't work for me at all.

Strong 2nd for worst episode was anything with Kathy Griffin, she's the worst, the worst!

Yes she is. Couldn't stand her (and still can't).

Might be my least favorite episode.

Ya, backward themes should be left to the movie "Memento" and then nothing else. There was an episode in Ozark recently that seemed to go backwards and sideways....very confusing presentation.

I think it's George, but I figured he'd be running away with it (turns out I was right), so I voted for Puddy.

My favorite episode is the Kenny Rogers Chicken where Jerry and Kramer exchange apartments (and personalities). To me, Jerry was the balancing act to the craziness that became George and Kramer. Jason Alexander does a phenomenal acting job and that pushes it close to the edge for me, but I find myself laughing with Jerry and not at him. George, however, I'm laughing at or just shaking my head.

Dark horse has to be Elaine, though. She's a step under the "normal" bar of Jerry, but still a straight-man to counter George and Kramer. Still, she has a ton of memorable moments and quotables. "Maybe the dingo ate your baby" was uttered in our house for years. And who can forget The Kicks!

I think Elaine's finest moment is this scene that ends with...

Are any of you here managers who have a secretary? It would be perfect if her name was Suzie, but any way, if I had a secretary, just once I'd like to tell her:

"Suzie, Call Dr. Bison. Set up an appointment for Mr. Kramer here. Tell him it's from me."
