Those who order online, what's proper etiquette if you get one and the box is dinged up?

Everyone I've gotten so far has been in perfect shape until today, corner kind of smashed in and back of the box a little messed up as well.

Do you just accept it as luck of the draw knowing with shipping there is a chance that happens or do you contact Amazon in this case to return for another and hope it arrives in better shape?

I'll probably just start buying in store to avoid this going forward but just curious as a new collector.

No idea what I’m doing but these look fun to collect.

Found this at a local bargain store. $10 for all 4.


On a side note, is there a place to buy boxes for these guys? Couple of boxes aren’t very good shape. Thanks!

Edit:: Forgot I bought this guy back when they came out to toys r us. He was my first ever Pop Vinyl.

There's a Facebook group called Funko boxes and Inserts that you could try. Also, some people sell boxes on ebay and Mercari.

Awesome find on that Jax. I'd love to collect all of the SOA's eventually but Jax and Opie are keeping me from doing so. Maybe one day I'll find them oob.

If I bought it from a person then I would probably just deal with it. If I bought it from a store or Amazon I'd just them an email just to see what they say. I'd be willing to bet that if it's a common pop they'll help you out with either a replacement or a refund.

Also, getting pop's in the mail definitely has it's downsides, but depending on how serious of a collector you are, I think you're seriously limiting your self if you stick with buying locally only. There will be some exclusives from stores that aren't in your area. Heck, Amazon has exclusives too. There are some exclusives that are exclusive to continent's

Of course, maybe I'm bias because most of the stores around me suck... Popular exclusives for stores like Target and Hot Topic have people waiting outside when they open, Barnes and Nobles is decent but it's pretty much all the same unless something new releases. Our Wal Mart's are terrible. If I just collected locally I'd really be out of luck.

I love these pops but it annoys me so much that Vizzini and Fezzik are the same size. At the very least they could have made Vizzini the same size as Tyrion Lannister and Fezzik the same size as his Andre the Giant pop. This upsets by ocd.

I got this in today. It goes with my tin sign that I got a few weeks ago.


Also, I signed up for Marvel Collectors Corps since I end up getting most of the pop's anyway.
