There wasn't much reason for Sam to use the power on him anyways. I believe the rules of the power though are that it can be used in on of the first 4 evictions, and if it's not used by then, the 4th evicted HG gets a chance to come back (or something like that?).

Correct, so either Sam uses it this week or next week it gets used on the 4th evictee automatically.

I still cannot believe how little they have shown 4 of the guest.
Especially when part of the game is based on how popular the guest are on social media!
They have hardly shown the female pro football player talk at all.
I know nothing about her, same goes with the fitness model chic.
Seems weird to me that they have concentrated on about 5 of the guest for the most part.
With that being said I am really starting to pull for the surfer dude.
And I absolutely still hate the Nicole Richie look a like.
I find myself starting to pull for the BRO DUO too!

My GF hates him too!
She says the exact things about him that you mention above.
I don't really notice it but she says he cant walk by a mirror without staring at himself! lol
And she too hates the mustache, I told her I was going to grow one.
She said that would be the end of us! lol
I really think he is smarter than they think he is, but not as smart as he thinks he is.

Don't care for the bros. But they have seem mostly innocent. Wasn't one of them involved in the some of the racist stuff going on?

What I am wondering is if Sam and Co. are smart enough to use her power this week if one of their numbers goes home, regardless of who it is.

If she lets the power slide, then it can hurt them the following week, too. There is almost no upside in letting the one other numbers go. Even if they end up in trouble next week, having an extra vote is only a benefit.

Baleigh's power is pretty good. It's what I would have taken day one. She does not seem like she has the patience to use it correctly, as in on herself. She is going to waste it way too soon.

And yeah, after Sam, I'm actually really liking Tyler. The dude was even smart enough to pull back when he saw that his attempt to manipulate Scottie was not working. So many past HG's just push harder in that situation.

And man, I really wanted to like Scottie. But that dude is too crazy, still obsessing over losing Steve? He is mostly playing himself, now. For a gamer, he has no game, at all.

That power is tricky, use it this week or let it go automatically next week? I wouldn't be surprised if this week is an endurance comp HOH, so someone like Angela might be the fave (based on the first HOH). It would allow for a real risky move next week though, knowing there's a small safety net. Go after a huge target, and if the plan fails, let the person who got evicted get a chance to return, so basically reset the week.


The identify theft power was similar to what I thought. I wonder if the Upgrade power ends up being similar to that. I guess BB won't reveal what the remaining apps were? This weeks voting made no sense. Swaggy was clearly the most talked about person the first 2 weeks, never wins the power, but the moment he gets evicted, Bayleigh wins the power? Are people really talking about her that much? Seems fishy to me.


It's funny, Tyler was the guy you'd think would be the one least playing the game, and someone like Brett being one of the smarter, but it seems the opposite. Though apparently he's not actually a cyber security engineer. Actually, it seems like other HGs aren't what they're billed as. Swaggy a day trader...But his intro video just showed him babysitting. Apparently Kaitlyn isn't a life coach, she wants to be, but is just some yoga instructor or something like that. Either BB is just giving these people character profiles, or their screening of the cast is horrible and random internet people can dig up more info on the cast than BB themselves.


And Scottie shouldn't be too surprising in hindsight. Though I haven't found him to be too bad. BB often casts the "superfan nerd" character to be someone who's erratic with a weak social game. Why can't we have some huge superfan who looks like Devin(BB16) or acts like Dan? They always have to be these smaller nerd guys often with glasses. It's like they cast this type of character simply to send a message to fans watching the show, being like "See, it's not as easy as you think. We have someone who's a fan of the show like you, and they aren't so great".

Kaitlyn really has issues outside of BB house. Someone gave an interview about her where they said she has some disorder where she has a mental breakdown and then that makes her sick or she starts getting sick and then the mental breakdown happens and makes it worse. So she felt empowered once she figured that out and wanted to become a life coach to help others. She then gets an online paper at some "school" but I don't think she has coached anyone.

Didn't follow up on the boyfriend stuff and him wanting her to stop talking about him. His sister is definitely not a fan of hers.

She is Raven with all her diseases.

Don't worry though. These are real people who really auditioned for big brother and are fans of the show and have seen more than past few seasons........

Any issues on a season can be traced back to casting. Of the hundreds of thousands of real fans who apply, why can't BB find 16 good choices? Do they even watch casting videos? They're getting paid to do all this work to go through hundreds of thousands of applicants, but it seems like they're like "thanks, but I'll just grab someone from another shows casting, or stalk people on Instagram and see if they're up for it"

I've actually liked Kaitlyn a bit so far. Lol, Rachel in those films.. Is that how BB found her? If so, that raises more questions about their casters. And what do you mean Hayleigh is more than a college student?

Who knows. Could be something as simple as her being a friend of a past HG, or she applied for some other show and BB found her that way. Maybe hoping she'd be the "female Donny" or something like that?
