Christian is gone!? Didn't expect that! He got such a big edit this season. If he won, I'd have him up there on my fave winners list. Thought at worst he'd make it to finale episode.

I honestly don't know who'll win anymore. I hope Davie does.

Christian and Gabby can pretty much look at the Carl vote as their downfall. They struggled hard all season to get the numbers, they finally do, then they give it back immediately. It was all downhill from there.

Gabby was right in that she needed a big move so that she didn't look like she rode Christian's coattails all season but she didn't have to make it there. Nick lost trust in Christian after that and that caused Christian to lose the the little numbers that he could have had.

Funny going back on my pre season assessment of the cast. I guessed Angelina would be a generic player. I did say Nick would be lucky to be anywhere near a JT. He ends up being a winner like JT.

Season was a good one, and overall for CBS I think the whole year of Survivor and Big Brother was great.

Nick winning this one I don't think puts him as one of the top winners though. Slightly higher than Adam a few seasons back probably.

Next season is interesting. Edge of Extinction. Though if it ends up like Redemption Island, it'll suck as a twist.

Any suggestions on which season of Survivor to re-watch? I feel I've rewatched most seasons from 1-20 that I've wanted to, but perhaps there's one I haven't?

Angelina had no self awareness. Everyone hated her, but just didn't even care enough to vote her off. She couldn't stop talking and someone in the jury even said that. Then she even claimed she found the idol. I wouldn't have let that stand since the 2 people sitting next to her found it. I'm shocked they said nothing.

I'm glad she got no votes, I was worried when the female talk started coming up.


This season was interesting and better than other seasons where 1 alliance runs it, but it was missing something. Maybe it was strong commanding players who all got sent home early. Most of the people left didn't have that personality and the moves were easy to see coming.



I'm hoping extinction puts them in situations where they have to struggle to survive or does something where tribes actually go extinct when the last people loses a challenge. Something to break up the let's get rid of the strong players as quick as possible so we don't get to the merge with them. Make it harder to survive and you need the stronger players than the weak ones who usually bring nothing to the game other than floating.

I'm weird, I actually like Angelina, it seems like I'm the only one that likes her lol. My friend was mocking me all night about how no one on earth likes her, she's the worst, no one can shut her up, she's obnoxious, etc. Even Jeff pointed out how unliked she was. She wasn't all that different from Christian to me, and everyone loved him (including me). But even with that said, I knew she wouldn't get votes, it was obvious no one (but me) liked her lol

Also, was that the same Gabby? Did they replace her in studio with a totally different person? She looked and sounded completely different, where did that voice come from?

Either she was playing a part or she finally discovered makeup and hair styling. I'm guessing she was playing up the shy girl, the glasses, wild hair, etc.

Asking Natalie for her jacket
The sacrifice she made to get rice for the tribe, although she didn't want to ever bring it up....
Her crazy idol search leading to her climbing up 100 feet off an 8 foot ladder,and getting almost stuck.

I found Angelina to be one of the more vile players in Survivor history. She's not off the charts like Russell, but she is a compulsive liar, spinning every story to make herself look good.

I mean, sure, lying is part of Survivor. But you know what isn't? Trying to steal a jacket from a contestant. That was the moment I realized I hated her, and just wasn't annoyed. Scheming to vote out Lyrsa just to get her coat, and then sending Natalie over to steal it, was pretty gross. And sure enough, she lied about her role during TC.

Every moment was about making her look better than she really is. And the deception to make Alison look bad was pretty disgusting. This wasn't about trying to get ahead, it was about trying to have an epic moment on TV at someone else' expense. The worst part about her is that her diary segments tell the whole story. We know what she was thinking.

But she just casually lies about everything, and even at the reunion she spun bull**** about her intentions. I seriously never want to see her again. She's not even a good villain. She's just an *******, and terrible at the game. And by terrible, I mean like the jackass at a blackjack table that plays so bad that you physically see that you got screwed because he took, or didn't take, a card when he should. She got people she was playing with evicted out of blind stupidity.

She was such a terrible and disliked player that not only did Nick take her to the final TC as the feeb, but when she had the idol at 6, no one even contemplated blindsiding her *** out of the game like you would for anyone that had even a remote chance of winning. Mike and Nick just let her keep the idol to play at the next TC, the last time she could play it.

I feel bad if she is getting hammered on social media, because that **** is terrible. Players ought to be able to go back to their lives without getting bullied online. But she deserved a much more harsh reception at the reunion.
