One question would be, why did Charles put the blocks in jeans mind just like in the original timeline if he knew from reading Wolverines mind how bad that turned out. Maybe Charles only got glimpses from Logan.

People complain about the timeline being messed up. I’m telling you if you watch First Class, X1-X3, Wolverine, and DOFP in that order it’s a damn good series and makes sense.

Origins and The Wolverine would both be the old timeline. I forgot to mention Origins because it’s unbearable and often forget it exists.

        Some thoughts about the trailor:

I really like the cast of Cyclops.

Don’t like that Beast isn’t always Beast.

I was also hoping a lot less Mystique but it looks like we aren’t getting it.

Looks like they went cheap on Genosha.

If this is the last one they better go all out on everyone’s powers and they do super epic team combos just like DoFP but times 10.

Bold strategy to put out a trailer with a release date, then change the release date the next day.

Also, nice to see Gambit still has a pulse. That one won't be great, but I'm looking forward to it because Gambit is my second favorite X-man.

Also bold in the fact that they move themselves out of the fairly safe spot they had in February where they're biggest competition was Happy Death Day 2U and How to Train Your Dragon and Captain Marvel almost a month later. Whereas now, by moving to June, they'll be three weeks removed from John Wick 3. Two weeks removed from Aladdin with Will Smith. A week removed from Godzilla 2. A week before the Men In Black spinoff and two weeks before Toy Story 4. Ohhhh yeah and let's not forget the juggernaut that will be rolling down the tracks still from the previous month in Avengers 4. Not sure of the thought process here out of FOX.

Wow does anyone remember the original release date? I think we’re already almost a year out from it. This is insane!... but it is coming out on my birthday now so whatever.

Really wish the Tatum Gambit movie would get made already. Gambit is my favorite X-Men character and boy has he gotten screwed in this Fox franchise.

Well, a guy throwing a stacked deck around, so to speak, as a super power may be harder to pull off to the general public on the big screen versus in a comic book.

Than a walking, talking tree? Or a woman with luck powers? I think in 2018 we’ve made it well past all the pitfalls Hollywood could find to not make decent superhero movies back when we were kids and devoid of ALL of our heroes making it to the big screen.

It's odd they they have her evolved (?) to this stage when the X-Men are in such an early stage themselves. I'm not sure they needed to jump to this as a storyline, but then again, they're taking all kinds of liberties in mixing and matching the actual comic book teams.

This flick has been getting panned at test screenings, even after reshoots. I hope it can be okay. I was one of the few who tolerated Apocalypse.
