        G4 said Sony said it was gameplay footage... whatever it was it was extremely impressive... And it more than did its job of making XBOX 360 bad... the video alone wins PS3 best in show... IMO this was a killer strategy and it is going to pay in spades... Can't wait for PS3 and Halo 3 same day!!!!!!

            I read somewhere that Killzone wasn't even in engine cutscene footage. I think it was from a PS2 IGN editor. I can't remember where it was from so if anyone really cares, do some research. I'm excited just as anyone else is about next-gen stuff, but all companies are using every method they can to kill hype from the other companies. This generation will be the most cutthroat of any game generation I can think of...

                Yes, Ivan (PS2 editor) said it.

                It's not in-game.

                It's not the engine.

                It's not even in real-time!

                It's all pre-rendered.

                A UK studio did the effects work on it. Seriously, the whole thing was made up.

                I was also directed to some other messageboard earlier (i'll try and find it), where people work with CGI stuff everyday, and they said Killzone is 100% pre-rendered. Also said that only 3 videos shown by Sony didn't involve any CGI.

                But whatever, i'm still siked for the PS3. I just know it was a brilliant, and classical move by Sony.
