Xbox 360:
Graphics between the two are pretty much the same with the xbox being a better designed system
Much better games that have been announced
Xbox live is free now
Backwards compatability(now possible with every game)
Hard drive included

I thought PS3 will be backward compatible too. Am I mistaken? Also, will PS3 have a hard drive included?

PS3 is backward compatible and will come with a hard drive.......after you open the box and it says SOL homey and you drive back to the store and pick it up for about 50 or more bucks....Basically, no hard drive included....

Online is the determining factor. PS3 looks to have the tech edge, and you know those bastards will stll get the majority of the 3rd party love, so its going to be tough to pass on it. I sold my PS2 2 years ago and haven't looked back, but next gen, I'm gonna have to have both.

It is but the 360 was initially schedule to only have certain xbox games compatable.
