Halo 3 isn't even a factor for me in reality. I'll get Halo 3, but I hated Halo 2, every facet of that game I hated. I wanted to like it so much, but after a week online was almost unplayable to me. And the single player was quickly beaten with a horrible story.

I hear ya though, now that MLB2K7 is next week, and GRAW 2 the week after, it's a busy run right now.

Halo 3 is a purchase for sure, but like you Halo 2 online was pretty "meh" after the first week or so. Being able to play the MP for a limited time will be cool, whenever it becomes available.

Yeah, tell me about it. And Rainbow six is still so damn good, and it gets its new maps, etc sometime in March as well.

Well as of now, you can't play/download the Halo 3 beta.. it shows up on the Downloads section in the game but it's faded out so you can't select it.

I guess that if you liked the demo or you like the GTA-style games, you're going to love the retail version. I've mostly been jumping on the rooftops as a way to travel than driving around. The environments in this game are huge, I haven't played in any co-op games yet but I expect that to be a blast, I like the idea of leveling your character up, I can see collecting all 500 of the agility boost taking awhile and there's also like 300 or so hidden ones as well. I'll need some more time with it to actually judge it.

And yes, there is way too many damn games coming out. I hope MLB2k7 isn't the bust it was last year.

I don't expect the Halo 3 beta to be available anytime soon, maybe late spring/early summer. Just my guess though.

I hope MLB2k7 isn't a bust either, really looking for a good playing baseball game, that just happens to look great

The Halo 3 beta is a nice add on (though I have never been overly impressed by Halo, I didn't like halo 2 online at all with the cheaters) but the game Crackdown is what got me to buy it. Should get it in the mail, worth overnight shipping.

Yeah, I got it pre-ordered, and thats my biggest concern. With MLB2k7 coming out the 27th (next week), it almost has me wanting to give this one a rent. If it wasn't for the Halo 3 beta..I'd probably do just that.

I can only think of Crackdown, MLB2k7, and Ghost Recon 2. Ofcourse thats just for the Xbox 360. Not sure whats on tap for the Wii.

Gamestop called, said I could pick this up this morning. Gotta get my car worked on first, then I'll pick up this afternoon. Should be able to get a few hours in before the family comes home.
