Smalltown, Indiana , You'd think they'd have them available, but with the PS2 they were no where to be found. That's what no one REALLY knows. The exact demand and exact supply. If I were you, I'd check if there was a line every 2 hours or so starting @ 6 pm or so.

I'm just impressed that you are 16 and have enough money to buy 2 systems on one day.

Best bet would be to put it up in the 10 days right before release day. The hype machine will be at it's peak and people who didn't preorder will go out trying to preorder to find out they won't be getting a first shipment system. The risk is trying to get the store to sell you both. If you have your mom and aunt go in and buy them for you, you will be fine. But if you go in with the two tickets, it won't work. If you end up only getting one but you had already sold one, you will be SOL. eBay fraud is a pretty big deal, not something you want to get mixed up in, so you will be forced to send the one system you did get.

Selling it now wouldn't be as successful because a lot of people probably still believe they can go preorder and get first shipment, also the hype isn't at it's peak right now. You will get interest from some informed people, but overall I don't think it will do as well now as it will right before the release.

Other option is waiting until the system is released. The problem with that is if there aren't shortages, you will just be trying to break even. If there are shortages you will be getting some really nice money, but it's a chance, a lot of people (as you have read here) believe there won't be an issue with supply and demand.

Good idea though, you should end up making at least $100 off of this, that's a game an a half at least.

Right now if you look at ebay they are selling for around $600 dollars so i could make about $200 now.I might take the risk and wait to auction it off a few days before release having it end about 3 days after it comes out.

hopefully ill be able to get both when i go but if i really have to my mom could probably get my aunt to go. i preordered from EB by the way and my aunt didn't to be there when we preordered under her name.

the reason im able to afford 2 is because one is for my birthday. For the other one ill get the money back plus more a few days after i pay for it so its not that big of a deal.

All this talk is making me nervous about the 360. I think I should go to a gamestop or Eb games tommrow and preorder, if I can. What was the least amount you guys had to leave for the 360 or did you have put down the whole amount. Another thing is it going to be difficult to pick what system you want, b/c I want the 400 dollar system with the hardrive.
