I am passing on 2 of my favorite franchises ever ... Civ 4 and AoE III. Sad I know, but I am stuck on WoW and am debating the 360.

I was going to pass but I just can't pass up on CIV IV. They've really added some things that have been asked for , like new and better user friendly overlays etc. That along with that they added religions and what I like best, the new culture system and "Great People".

I'm debating... Just too many games for me to play right now. I'll probably wait for a price drop.

Totally agree, i cant pass this game up. I've got it pre-ordered so i should have my hands on it hopefully tomorrow. I like to play with big maps and many civs which makes for a tedious game when you get to the later years and it looks like they've streamlined a lot the things that slowed the game down.. I cant wait to fire it up..

I've only got the $$$ for one game this week, so I'm getting Call of Duty 2. Once I come back from College Station this weekend, if I haven't spent all my money at the Dixie Chicken, I'll pick up Civ 4, and maybe AoE 3.

I am picking this up tomorrow (Wed) as well. CIV games have always been worth the price as you can play them for years.

Gonna pick it up soon. The EB near me has it in finally. Although they asked me if i pre-ordered (i did) so there might not be that many copies available at my store

Guy in the cube next to me picked it up at lunch, and is spending the second half of his lunch break playing the tutorials. I'll try to sneak a peak or two and see how he likes it and how it looks.

Well, I bought the game, but I just realized that my computer can't play it because I only have a 32mb video card. LMAO!!!

So I just ordered a new Geforce FX5500 from newegg that should be here Friday hopefully. Civ4 will just sit at home not being used.

i'm a little nervous about that too. i got my PC back in '02, apparently i have a nividia tnt2 m64 graphics card and 32mb video memory...i have no clue if that is enough...that would blow because CIV is usually requires the least amount of specs on a PC.. i guess i'll know in an hour
