you've got 2 ways to go...

A. Take the Game to Walmart - tell them it's defective and you'd like a new copy. They'll give you a new sealed copy. Then take it back to the EB you got it at with the original receipt.

B. Take the game back too EB. Say it's defective. They'll give you a new sealed copy. Take the game to Walmart and say you lost the reciept and they'll give you store credit.
