They already do. The day GTA 4 was announced they said they'd have DLC and now more recently Bulletwitch wich they're having 6 months extra time to put it out over here and are putting extras out as downloads. It's more like giving you a base price for a car, then adding to the price if you want a GPS System, a CD/MP3 Player, or leather interior. It's not like these games won't work without the downloadable content...they just won't be as cool without it.Originally posted by gohComment
