You have to make sure you see the hand icon on the screen before the button press wil register....

It's all the heads and body parts from the first game that are automatically unlocked if you have a save and are playing it on current gen.

I must admite this gets my goat a little...why couldn't they have that as part of the $50 you pay for the game? I know this is the way things are (and are going) but it ticks me off.
