Warranty.......Microsoft...
Guys this is why I didn't pay any extra money for a warranty at TRU, just for the simple fact that I knew microsoft would be including there warranty offer just like they did with the xbox.....$59.00 for 2 years for anythihng that goes wrong they fix it for nothing, and in the event they can't they send you a new one. What really topped off my day was that I called the EB that I purchased it from this morning to see if anyone was having the same problems from that location and see if, miraculously, someone didn't pick one up and the lady (I think the actual store manager) was extremely unsympathetic and very unprofessional. I knew that they probably weren't going to be able to help me, but she totally blew me off. So, I spent another 1/2 hour on the phone to EB corporate filing a complaint for her attitude and demeanor. well so far it's only 2k6 that's giving me the disk error. hopefully it's just the game and not the sytem, it would be a bitch to replace now.Comment
