    I got my return box today. It came with instructions (written and pictures) how to pack and send my 360 back to Microsoft. On a couple of the pictures you can see the warehouse in the backround and let me tell you it is huge. I called xbox 3 times to make sure it's only going to take 3 bussines days and they all said yes. If I had a scanner I would post the picture of the instructions, but I don't have one. My 360 was made Oct 1, which is alot earlier then most people thats why I think I am having problems.

          Thanks...I called MS on Tuesday and I still haven't received my box. I can't afford to waste 2 more hours on the phone trying to talk to someone with broken english at MS support. I guess I'll play with the one I ordered from Best Buy that came UPS today and wait until EB gets in their 2nd shipment.

            Thw wait time isn't as bad as it was last week. I called 3 times in the last 2 days and the longest I waited was 15 minutes. I called friday and my box was at my door when I woke up.
