We'll after 200 minutes on & off I finally beat the MISSION 9 BOSS..... That SOB was the hardest BOSS I've ever encountered in a Video Game.. The yell I let out after that SOB went down, was CLASSIC.....

That was the hardest boss in the entire game.

I just picked up this game a couple days ago, and it's frustrating. I espcially hate how "Wayne" keeps stumbling around like a drunk when he gets hit. There have been a couple of times where I would get nailed, and he would fall around on the ground in spasms, then when he would finally get up I would get nailed again with another rocket unable to do anything, eventually to die. FRUSTRATING!!!

It's frustrating, but a joy playing and completing the game. Try to give it some more time, there was a point against the Giant Spider where I was ready to just quit.

I'm hoping that they also fix MP on this game as it does need some work.

The last boss is kicking my ***. I've tried about 10 times to beat him and he always gets me at the end.

Lost Planet coming to PC

According to Famitsu, Capcom and NVIDIA are joining forces to develop the PC version of Lost Planet.

It will feature DirectX10 support and will offer up to XHD resolution (2560×1600).

Lost Planet Map Pack 3 Coming Next Week

The map pack costs 400 Microsoft Points™ and includes THREE new multiplayer levels: “Lost Technology,” a throw-back to the good ol’ days of pixelated 8-bit gaming; “Ruins,” ancient temples set amidst a lush jungle; and “Ice Drop,” a frigid glacier with lots of peaks, nooks and crannies.

This game has some really awesome looking maps. The new 8-bit map looks really cool, it's to bad I could never really get into this games multiplayer.

Yeah.. It'd would have been better to extend the single player game somewhat. The online multplayer space is already crowded with extra map packs.

apologies for the bump..

I just got this on the cheap, and can't get past the first boss. I unload rockets on his videogame cliche glowing weakspot, get his health down to like 20%..but I always run out of the god**** thermal energy BS.
