I love it..You can tell multiplayer is going to change alot..because of the cover system.

I personally do not like it..because its really not realistic, but it still looks like once everyone gets used to it this rainbow title will take the spot as the game played the most by me..as was rainbow and BA.

Its different..but its back and im very excited

I have mixed feelings about the cover. One one hand it could end up making the game different, but on the other it could take a good experience and make it greater.

I do find it odd that fps are asked to stay relatively the same throughout the series with little innovation, while sports games are constantly pounded for innovation. (not saying that to anyone in particular)

I agree with C. With the glut of shooters coming out for the 360 in November, R6V looks like the cream of the crop IMO. GOW, F.E.A.R., and COD3 will definently get rentals from me, no doubt about that. But R6V is gonna be a stone cold purchase for me on 11/15/06. Can't friggin wait.

There are some really cool games coming out soon. I've never played online but I'd like to check them out. Problem is, I suck at FPS (compared to the online community) so I'd probably hear a lot of swearing.
I'd be like "Jim" from "The Office".

Yeah, but what if you went to sleep and got a call that you won a gillion dollars but you needed to call back before 11/15, but you were alseep the whole time and missed the call.

The cover system is really well done. You don't feel limited using it. AI is pretty good too, especially the allies. I'm going to try and play it on Realistic and see what the difference is compared to Normal difficulty. I love the tagging system, and it's awesome to watch your guys storm in and kick ***. Giving commands to them is very intuitive too. Graphics are really nice (their a step above GRAW). Some framerate dips, but I commented on this a couple pages back (not worried). I can tell multiplayer is so going to own in this game.
