Who will break down and get a 360 this summer if they don't see something special this week at e3 from PS3??

I think I am going to get one soon. Because I don't really want to wait till November. I do believe the PS3 will be the better system but I dont think it will be the most popular system. When it comes to games I mainly play sports games, and I doubt that I will see much difference between the games on each system. I believe they will be just ports.

Most likely. Especially since the Wii will be so different and companies will already have to invest to make different versions for it, I would expect they will not choose to invest in making different versions for the 360 and PS3. It should be like PS2 and XBOX where games are built for one and ported to the other.

I dunno, first I will look at the price of the PS3 then look at how much availability PS3 games get compared to X360 and make my decision then.

Interestingly enough MS has started to get better shelf space compared to Sony in the last two years. Everytime I go to a store there's almost always just as many or more xbox games compared to PS2.

Blu Ray and The Cell processor are nice, but look at both system specs before you judge, I'm not sure if someone told you, but the 360 is a very pwoerful system itself.

By the time Sonic The Hedgehog comes out, I'll have an XBOX 360. I don't think that'll be this summer, but by the end of this year, definitely.

I'd consider a PS3, but I've played a 360 a couple times already and really like the controller. And since Sony is gonna have to change theirs, might as well go with what I know I'll be comfortable with.

Meh, why bother telling him this? To me, it seems it's going to be very much like the last generation. There will be some small differences but the two systems will be very similar in how the games are presented.

It all comes down to preference IMO.
