Well 8 months later my launch 360 is still running great, I hope I don't jinx myself.....LOL...Who else has a launch 360 still running strong.

I think it's a launch system. I got it around December through hustling, and I only experienced a minor drop in framerate yesterday when I was tagging UNC in my season. Other than that, this bad fella still purrs pretty well. I guess I'm lucky too. Seven months ain't too bad.

Got it on launch day and it is still running fine. It does get pretty hot and kind of loud but I guess that is normal. If that thing goes out on me now, I will personally blame you, FF. I will find out where you live and hunt you down.

I have a launch one also no problems with the system itself, but my power supply started to show a red light when the system was off, but my 360 still worked.So i called MS and they sent me out a new power supply i had the new one in 3 days and all i had to do was send the other one back with everything supplied by MS (box shipping lables and tape)everything went great

I think I may have the same problem but I'd describe the light on the power supply as more of an orange color. I thought that was normal cause it always did this but my 360 has never kept its time and date and I remember the original XBOX would lose its time and date when unplugged for several hours.

Anyone know if that might be a problem?

Also, did you have to send the old ower supply back before getting the new one?

I have a launch 360 and it works, but there are no games to play on it. I don't think I've turned it on for about 6 weeks. The games library is horrendous, IMO. I wish I would have waited. I have played my PS2 more in the last 2 weeks than I have ever played my 360.
