I think hes talking about the games being at 30 FPS, which is pretty much all EA games besides Burnout. Its not the Xbox's fault, its EAs or whoever is coding the games.

(kinda like playing a pc game on a system that doesnt quite make the recommended settings) The 360 had a extra cooler so I dont know if heat was an issue or not.
