If you have $60 and like the other SC's them its a must buy. If you never played SC you owe it to yourself to pick it up.

I haven't been overly impressed with the other Splinter Cell games. I'm hoping that I enjoy this one though. The other games just didn't have a good story to suck me in.

This game is great once again... haven't tried the online mode yet but single player is awesome. I loved the other ones and will be up late playing this one as well. I just love stealth games.

You are not alone. I have bought the past two, had fun with them, but never finished them. I will snag this one with the TRU deal though.

Man, multiplayer has been dumbed down a lot. Spies move faster though, and the controls are smooth. I'm a little upset that I can't launch sticky cams, or smoke grenades with my gun.

edit: Just picked it up at Best Buy on my break, read through the book already.

Do you have to unlock those items with single player, or are all the weapons available online right away?

Since CT. I understand that they want it to be more n00b friendly, but this sucks if you're a fan of the adversarial play of the past. It's going to take some getting used to, but it does feel like Hide and Seek.
