yeah, i figured it out. Funny thing is, I went inside that room one time and it didn't register with me. Saving the princess wasn't this damn difficult back in the day."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Hey guys, never played the series and not too much into online. My question is, would you recommend this game for single player purchase only? I'm anxious to try this game out, but don't want to waste $60 on it if the single player mode isn't that enjoyable.Highheat's O's Franchise

If you have an online rental service, and just want to beat the singleplay go that route. I bought the game because I like the single player, and multiplayer. But I'm going into Mission 7, and have only had the game 5 days. I believe theres 10 missions, so Im looking to beat the game in about a weeks time.Comment

I'm lovin this game so far, got through the prison mission last night without too much difficulty. I'll probably be online tonight if anyone wants to get a game going.Comment

Re: Splinter Cell: Double Agent (360)
Yeah, its a really fun game. I'm now on Mission 8, and will stop there for tonight. Now, you could play the game, and get a bad ending. Which is fine if you don't care about getting the best ending +achievement points. So that'll add a little more replay value for some those who are just going the single player route.Comment

Re: Splinter Cell: Double Agent (360)
I'm loving the single player so far. I'm playing though as a bad guy the 1st time (stabing guards in the back of the head with my knife is brutal) and then i'll play through as a good guy. I'm only on level 3 (the 1st JBA level) but i'm loving it so far. As i go along i'm already seeing things that i would like to try the next time through the game which is a good sign.
It's going to be interesting to see the difference it makes going from my 42" hdtv to a sdtv over the next couple of days. I have to travel with work so i take my 360 along for the ride but the motel tv's are never that decent. I hope i can still see what's happening ok on a smaller normal screen.Comment

Re: Splinter Cell: Double Agent (360)
Wow... this single player is getting intense. I just beat the JBL headquarters (after getting off of the Alaskan cruiseliner)... it was CRAZY insane, and so far, I'm completing ALL of my missions. The last time, I cut it AWFULLY close to losing some trust by being late back to the "Mine Assembly"... it's getting great.Twitter - WTF_OS
