I'm having terrible luck with my gamesaves. A lot of them are okay for a few days, and then I will suddenly load one labeled as "Damaged".

Oh, well..I enjoyed the portion of the game I did get through.

Any word on a sequel to this game?

Yup. I'm hoping for a sequel as well.
How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl year after year. Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.

They should put one of these out every year or so. We all know it sells. I remember when that patch was late, everyone was going crazy.

            Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

I got this game for Christmas after playing it at my brother's when it first came out over a year ago. I usually only play football or baseball and never a non sports gaming title but I'm having a lot of fun with this game. Pretty much a smash and bash game with some strategy but its nice to be able to play for 15 or 20 minutes when I have the time instead of having to try to schedule an hour for a football game that doesn't have in game saves. That can be difficult with two young kids.

I can't believe how long the game is. I've got over 10 hours in with it and I'm only in the early stages of Act 2. I haven't done any of the comic book missions. Can I go back and try them later on or if I pass am I screwed?

Whenever you're in your Hub Area between mission search around for training simulators or something along those lines. The one in Doctor Strange's house is a bit wierd. You'll need to beat those simulator missions (at least get a Bronze) to unlock everyone's fourth costume (Moon Knight and Colossus lack a fourth and I think Silver Surfer's is already unlocked).

Also, the Trivia Machines get you free experience.

Hate to be a major bump-er, but I just essentially got this game for free tonight with the Forza 2 combo pack it comes in, but I'm really looking forward to playing it some right now after reading through some of this thread

I bought this last night at Target for $1.86 on clearance. I also picked up Tourist Trophy for $4.86. I had owned both of them but sold them after beating them on e-Bay. For those prices, I could not pass them up. They also had Tony Hawks PG and Soldier of Fortune Payback for $27, and COD2 GOTY for $4.86.

How well did this run on the PS3? I was considering buying the game again, but this time for the PS3.

The same. It hitched a little in 1080p but ran the same in 720p.

Figure I'd bump this up instead of clogging M:UA 2 thread.

I'm down for the weekend, Friday might be okay. With Pared picking Spider-man, Hawkeye or DeadPool for me.

I may or may not show up, depending on how other events shake out this weekend.

If I'm there, it will likely be as Hulk.
