I went by a Best Buy and an EB on my way home tonight and there was nothing being sold at Best Buy for either console right now and EB only had the crappier Wii titles for sale and some PS3 ones. Looks like I'll just have to hope I can score a copy of Zelda on Sunday when I get my Wii. I'm not too worried about it but I'd like the security, especially since I don't have to work Monday so I'll have all day to play.

I ended up getting to a walmart as the 6th person in line (out of six consoles they had) on wednsday afternoon about 1:00pm. We all let each other go home and grab stuff and I brought my 8 person tent. We then set up two 360's and a ps2 with guitar hero inside the tent to play. It was pretty cool, we were just pissed walmart wouldn't let us in.

When we got there walmart already had two 20GB's in stock and there computers said they would be getting 4 premiums...the premiums didn't arrive until thursday night at 10:30pm. It was a fun experience but extremely cold (down to 19 degrees the night we slept throug) and I don't want to do it again for at least another 4 years

Yeah they were all pretty cool. One guy was on sleeping pills about half the time though.

got 2 premiums at circuit city, and one core at ebgames (had preordered a premium but they got NONE, so i switched the preorder and got back $100). guess i'll sell them but ebay seems like not such a good idea at this point. there is no shortage of consoles, just a shortage of AFFORDABLE consoles...

A week or two ago, someone posted a site in one of these threads that had a search which allowed you to see the quantity of Wii's that will be available in all the major electronic stores in their area. Can someone post a link to that site again? I need to gauge my ability to pick up a few on Sunday without any preorders.
