Just finished all 9 songs. I forgot how much Bark at the Moon owns me. Love the songs and had more fun with Frankenstein and a few others then I remembered having. I will easily get my value out of these and I hope the final 21 songs from GH don't take too long to be up on the marketplace. Good stuff!

Dam are they pricey....$6.25 for only 3 songs? This could set a bad precedent. I'm not sure I'm gonna bite.

The way they're probably looking at it is if you get all 30 songs from GH1, it's like getting the entire first game. 30 songs cost $60-ish, the cost of a 360 game.
I really wish they wouldn't have released them in packs though. If they charged $2 a song and let me choose the ones I wanted, it wouldn't be so bad. But now if I want one song I have to buy three...that's stupid. If you're going to charge insane prices, then at least give us some kind of break.
I'll probably end up buying pack #3 as I like all three songs, probably wait on the restCo-Commish of the OS Vets I & II

The way I see it, you'll get more 3-song packs for GH1, and MAYBE another pack or two, and then GH3 will drop WITH Metallica and AC/DC as available songs in the Career tiers.
I can't ***** too much. I bought all three packs, love the songs, will likely ebay my PS2 sets (or donate them to family members) and be happy. Hell, if you dropped $90 for the game, be GRATEFUL that you can pick up the tracks from GH1 and not drop the additional cash....afterall, beggars can't be choosers (meaning those late to the 'Guitar Hero' party).
I still blame the music industry though, I mean don't radio stations have to pay everytime they play a song by an artist? Or by a monthly airtime? Just like movies!

Apologies if this was mentioned, but don't forget there's more content to these songs than what was in the original Guitar Hero......bass/rhythm tracks were added to GH2, remember.
I don't really have an opinion on the cost since a: I don't have a 360 and b: I don't know what the typical DLC costs.Comment
