I have it on the console, but once i went to a friend of mine who had it on PC with all the badass modes (random weather, changes to regional landscapes, mods to the battle system, etc.) i could no longer play it on my 360. I felt cheated.

Concerning the DLC, Operation Anchorage, great premise, mediocre execution of said premise. I hope they step it up to another level with the next two Operations.

      Spoiler

I'd give it a 7/10, a slight disappointment, but still pretty good.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I'm looking forward to the next DLC, The Pitt. I'll heading to Heinz Field to see if I can find the Lombardi Trophies and some memorabilia.

All I can say is this game is amazing. I've spent more time playing this game over the past few days than I have any other game. Its actually gotten me really into the storyline and engrossed in the game. I absolutely love it.

Im gunna wait a little bit before I get the DLC....A friend of mine has it and im gunna watch him play it for a lil bit. From what I have heard that 7/10 seems about right.

I heard after all the DLC there would be a way to fix the Nuclear disaster. You would have to find these certain things that are scattered all arround all the cities that will be released in DLC.

The amazing thing about this game is how it makes you feel when you play it. It's pretty depressing going into DC and seeing familiar landmarks just ravaged. Actually, the whole world is pretty depressing but that's part of the brilliance of Fallout 3.

Def right up there with Mass Effect as my favorite 360 game to date.

                    Fallout 3 DLC Delayed

The recently released Operation Anchorage downloadable content update for Fallout 3 will have to keep gamers entertained for longer than planned. Apparently, the next two content updates are both delayed by several weeks. When approached for comment, a Bethesda representative went on the record saying that, "the next DLC for Fallout 3, The Pitt, will be out in March. Broken Steel will be out the following month, in April."

Did anyone who plays on PC get the codes to work? I want to replay it in a god mode, but none of the cheats will register.

So I blew through Anchorage, and yeah, it wasn't much. The game was very fun though, taking up 40 or so hours, and I'll surely pick up the next two DLC packs before I tackle the game as a care free guy pissed at his pops.

I'm just wondering if I play Oblivion again (I never finished it) if I'm going to lose interest and hate it since Fallout 3 improved so much on the skill/leveling formula (on 360 by the way).

I just started playing Oblivion again because of Fallout and still enjoy it more than Fallout. I still find Oblivion to be better.

Man, I just hit the 65 hour mark tonight and I still have 5 complete zones to cover in the game. Finding all the landmarks in the game has been a task, but I'm getting there. I finally got through the part of the main quest where the Enclave's start to show up and WOW!!! It's pretty cool seeing one of those Vitabird helicopters for the first time.

I just picked up Oblivion again as well, doing the same thing in that game now as I'm doing in Fallout. Making sure I find every cavern, landmark, etc...with the guide of course.

                                Good luck!

In my experience with both games I just wandered point to point for quests, and explored anything else that appeared on the map while roaming. I didn't hunt and seek everything, since I imagined most of it would be repetitive.
