Concerning the DLC, Operation Anchorage, great premise, mediocre execution of said premise. I hope they step it up to another level with the next two Operations.
SpoilerThe A.I. of your squad members and the enemy Chinese soldiers was pretty poor. The enemy was also deadly dull. There were no memorable exchanges with any of your foes. The last boss played out like a typical JRPG boss instead of a Fallout 3 universe character. Despite not wearing any Souped up armor, and being a normal human, this character was able to withstand more than 30 rounds of ammo to the head, and still be in fine fighting form.
There were a handful of nicely done scripted sequences, for this kind of content though I think they should have doubled or tripled the amount of the those scenes, and fleshed them out even more.
I'd give it a 7/10, a slight disappointment, but still pretty good.Jordan Mychal Lemos

All I can say is this game is amazing. I've spent more time playing this game over the past few days than I have any other game. Its actually gotten me really into the storyline and engrossed in the game. I absolutely love it.Villanova Class of 2012

Me too. I am totally addicted to this game. I just passed level 15 and i am starting to get more into the main quest after mainly doing free roaming and side quests up untill now.Comment

The amazing thing about this game is how it makes you feel when you play it. It's pretty depressing going into DC and seeing familiar landmarks just ravaged. Actually, the whole world is pretty depressing but that's part of the brilliance of Fallout 3.

Fallout 3 DLC Delayed
The recently released Operation Anchorage downloadable content update for Fallout 3 will have to keep gamers entertained for longer than planned. Apparently, the next two content updates are both delayed by several weeks. When approached for comment, a Bethesda representative went on the record saying that, "the next DLC for Fallout 3, The Pitt, will be out in March. So I blew through Anchorage, and yeah, it wasn't much. The game was very fun though, taking up 40 or so hours, and I'll surely pick up the next two DLC packs before I tackle the game as a care free guy pissed at his pops.
I'm just wondering if I play Oblivion again (I never finished it) if I'm going to lose interest and hate it since Fallout 3 improved so much on the skill/leveling formula (on 360 by the way).I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

I just picked up Oblivion again as well, doing the same thing in that game now as I'm doing in Fallout. Making sure I find every cavern, landmark, etc...with the guide of course.Highheat's O's Franchise

In my experience with both games I just wandered point to point for quests, and explored anything else that appeared on the map while roaming.
