actually, he doesn't even mention the DVD as being an issue, but the lack of a standard HDD. The DVD issue is being grasped on by ps3 fanboys. It isn't a problem yet, or at least not with GTA. The ps3 owners are all about the future, when right now is all that matters. Stop blaming the 360 for your "better" console getting "lesser" games.

He also said both consoles have their problems and hurdles, yet only the 360 is trashed on. It's funny actually. The fact is, they will find a way to work around the HDD issue, and even whatever DVD size issues they have. That's what they get paid for.

1. I only own a 360 so calling me a fanboy of the PS3 is pretty dumb.
2. Calling me a fanboy is also dumb when you didn't even read the article.

Houser says the lack of a guaranteed hard drive and the smaller storage space of the DVD format is limiting the game's progress

Also, a console is expected to last about six years, saying "right now is all that matters" is laughable at best.

He may have said that both consoles have their hurdles, but those are just the challenges of each. He specifically says that it's the issues with the 360 that are causing problems in the games development.

It doesn't matter.

Rockstar will make it work on the 360. I really don't see the purpose of bringing this issue up besides trying to say the PS3 is "superior" to the 360.

Don't say the PS3 isn't better, you don't know that.

5 years from now we'll know which system is better, can't say one is or isn't better than the other right now.

Make the game HDD required plain and simple.

The game will do numbers regardless. People will cop HDDs if they don't have em already. Most of the people with cores are kids anyway.

I'll be playing it on PS3 though, but this could affect how well the game turns out so I hope they make HDD a requirement.

The core is NOT holding this game back regardless what some tiny little "blurb" somewhere said about the hardware.
