In between trips to local retailers to hang out with fans in line, we're having a quiet (?) little private party. Want to join us in spirit? While we can't admit drop-ins at our office, we do have a live video feed streaming from the multiplayer lab where Bungie staff, family, and a few friends will be playing Halo 3 all night long.

We've also invited the Bungie crew to stop by and greet you via the camera, so there's no telling what you'll come across tonight.

The party will be getting started at 7:30 (in 1 hour), and I'll edit this post then with the URL to the video feed. We look forward to sharing the fun with you!

WARNING! This is a Mature-rated game, and the language you hear from our enthusiastic colleagues will likely match that rating.

I bet some of these guys are going to be wasted. :y4:

Well, I slept after I got home from work, and woke up about 15 mins ago and drove down about 5 mins to my local hole in the wall gamestop and there was about 300 people there. This is a lot bigger than I expected.

I take it your turned around and came home. I knew that would happen. My Gamestop said to be in line by 9PM. They had over 800 reserves and were expecting 350-400 in line last night.

My GameStop had 1,000 reserves, and were expecting half. I'll go in at lunch and pick it up.

My GameStop had 1,000 reserves, and were expecting half. I'll go in at lunch and pick it up.

There was no way I was waiting outside...........I was reading over at IGN that Gamestops had hundreds of people waiting outside. Screw that, by the time I get off of work and get to Gamestop I wont have to deal with a crazy crowd.

Plus, I just called Gamestop and they told me if my game disc is scratched up they will exchange it for me with the game disc from the Regular edition since some people have had an issue already with their discs.

Save yourself $10 and get the regular edition anyway.
