MGS4 on the 360?

this really doesn't say much at all, and if this game takes up a lot of space like GTAIV, then you can really just sratch this idea..

Kojima himself has said that they're developing it on the PS3 because it has Blu Ray and because it gives a theatrical experience that MGS4 will have. Now, that does leave room for a delayed port or something similar but I doubt it... especially with Sony Pictures being the one that is working on the movie for MGS. At best, the 360 will get a stripped version of what is a timed exclusive for the PS3.

MGS4 isn't GTA. It can be multiple discs.

why do people get pissed off like they own stock in these companies? They are obviously caring about making money off this game. Even if it comes out first to the ps3, it will eventually get a 360 port, just because there's more 360's out right now.

The only way to keep games off other system is to buy the developers.

Despite some key things advising against it, I do think MGS 4 may eventually wind up on the 360.

I just don't think it will be as big a hit with the 360 demographic.

This comment doesn't make any sense, you treat 360 owners like they are special ed students compared to Playstation owners.

The fact of the matter is, no matter what system you own, you are a gamer.

And alot of previous Playstation owners, NES owners (where the series began), and PS2 owners, now have a Xbox 360.

So I assure you, this game will be, well loved and bought out, regardless of what console its released on. Its going to sell like hotcakes...

The Metal Gear Solid game was made on multi-disc, so I don't see that as a cause of delayed purchase. It will sell, 1 disc or 2 disc, doesn't matter.

There are alot of 360 owners who welcome this game. And with all the other titles that once were Sony exclusives moving to Xbox 360. I don't see why this wouldn't sell any different. Especially with the amount of 360's already in homes. You never know, they could add in a nice multiplayer mode for XBL...

If the rumors hold true, I'll be the first to reserve a nice collector's edition.

If they don't get thier online fixed soon I won't have one. I'll sell the PS3 and use the $ for 360/Wii stuff.

I remember this rumor was shot down. I saw an interview with Kojima saying it will only be on PS3 because of the Blu-Ray storage. He clearly stated it is a PS3 exclusive.

I agree. Wasting money on the 360 only to have it break and then having to buy another one is definitely a waste. Just ****ing stupid really. Good thing this game won't be coming to the 360.
