LOL! I felt the same, the first time I saw a Little Sister.........I was going to harvest her, but then I saw how cute her face was and I decided no way. I guess it goes to the whole having children thing, I have 3 kids.

I have no kids so the virtual kids will not see any mercy from me. I'm going to treat them with the respect they deserve, like a grownup. And I kill grownups. So it's only right I kill kids right along with them. If I didn't kill the kids then i'd be showing them real disrespect and I don't believe in disrespecting kids. Just killing 'em.

Right, ODogg...since I didn't like the ending of 'BioShock' I should play nothing else, since if I disliked any part of this game I should stop playing video games all together.

          Give me a break!

I may be overreacting on the "drop off" in story and gameplay, but I expected this game to hold me and shock me until the end. Like I said, overall, a solid "9", it's just not the "perfect" game (but then again...nothing is).

            Good, but not "God-like".

If you go to your map or if you hold down either the LB or RB to change weapons/plasmids, the game will pause but the diaries will keep playing. I've been doing to hear the audio in the midst of a fire fight. It gives you a chance to regroup and plan some strategy while listening to the story.

That's not what I said, nor meant. I said it sounds like you just played the game too long. Meaning you played it too much in too short a time and got tired of it. That's what it sounds like to me from your posts about it.

My apologies...I just figured that since I have a differing opinion that it was another slight. I did play the game nightly for five days or so straight and did play other stuff in the interim. The ending just dragged a bit, IMO.

I'll play through it again, murdering all the jumper babies, and we'll see if my opinion changes.

Not lag, but the game would like freeze for a second. It was stated on GS that if you play the game too long at one time it happens.

But this happened to me only twice since I had it.

I had it last night as well in the Farmers Market level. First time I had seen any.

There is a caching issue. Apparently if you start to get it hold the L and R bumper as soon as the game starts to load. Don't let go of the buttons until after the 2K logo.

Bioshock is a very well polished game and one of the most polished in videogame history. Like Johnny, my only problem so far has to be with the damn radio, there are times I can't even hear what is being transmitted...........so it detracts from the story.

The graphics and environments are just amazing looking, and I really hope this engine is used to make another creepy game. Another thing that throws me off a bit is that the last few FPS that I have played have been tactical shooters and I'm more used to having the enemy strategize how their going to take me out and not run frantically towards me for the kill. LOL!

Thanks for the tip. I was getting some lag (brief 1 second freezes) last night.
