Lol, hey I beat the game by myself now I am going through and doing all the side missions. Just was wondering what was special about it. I may have done it already and never knew it. :P

I know I know but you know how I am. I hate seeing people post "Well I got the game and the "strategy" guide and it's just a rental as I beat the game in 2 hours"

Get your moneys worth and find the stuff out. If you play it for a month and still can't find all the "hidden" stuff then ok, hit the books...

from the videos, it seems you can enter alot more buildings than in GTA4, and that there is actually stuff going on in the buildings. Is that true for the most part??

Can someone tell me what is so special about the police station in a spoiler tag. I went there and nothing happended.

You have to find and listen to 3 wiretaps,first one between Dex and Troy,then 2 between Julius and Troy,find out what happend at the end of the first game and where Dex is at. After that you go into another office and pick up Julius' file off Troy's desk. After picking that up you can make a phone call to Dex. He tells you to meet him at the old church in Saints Row and there's a mission marker outside. Go inside first and going to the top floor and viewing the plaques before taking the mission. Can do that any time but since you're there it's just as well to do it then or just skip it,I thought it was a nice little addition.

For anyone wondering they actually treat a female character like she was the main character in the first game and it's not like "hey didn't you used to be a dude?" sort of thing. Also your gang memebers WILL hit on her. I snapped their necks every time.

I came up with my own side activity. I call it stripper toss.
Buy the downtown loft crib,upgrade the overall style and then try to throw the strippers/hookers into the fireplace.

Yeah thats one thing I like about this game

Robbing stores or catch someone robbing a store and having the option to watch it go down or break him off like a viglante.

Got a question on a Brotherhood mission..

I think I'm getting towards the end of The Brotherhood missions. I'm at the point where I take the heli to a cargo ship. Land on the cargo ship, and clean house. I stock up on ammo for my rifle and RPG. Run back out, take out 2 waves of Brotherhood. At this point I'm pretty much wasted as far as ammo goes. When I run back to the supply room, theres no option for more. The third wave got me everytime tonight.


For those of you who have beat this, how many more waves are there? Tried 2-3 times tonight, and just said the hell with it for tonight. LOL

There are only 3 waves. Remember where you go to get the ammo? When you first enter that doorway (before you go down the stairs) you are in little hallway. Stand at the back of that hallway with your SMG and blaze away at them as they appear in front of the door, they rarely make it in. You can scrub 15 or so guys that way per wave. Then go out and clean up the remaining 2 or 3 guys and blow up the helos. Easy peasy.

ohh I have it also but a couple hours and I wanna get out from in front the TV. 14+ hours is insane in my eyes. 4-5 hours I think is max i ever played straight
