JayBee, you can't dual wield the needler anymore.

Through 6 missions and no multiplayer yet, I like the carbine, battle rifle, and dual spikers.

Ah, that's why. I might go out on the limb and say one Needler in Halo 3 is as powerful as two in Halo 2.

If the sniper rifles are harder to use... good. I hate those damn things. I can't use them for my life and I can't stand people who kill me with them lol

Aiming feels the same to me, but if you don't hit them with a head shot it can take you 3 or 4 hits to kill someone.

i have found that using the sniper rifle only takes to good hits to take someone down.

I've become a big fan of the "pink mist." The needler was worthless in the first game and now it's lethal. I didn't even bother picking one up until I was nearly done with the campaign because of past experience. Now, it's my favorite weapon.

Can anyone explain how to use the red laser gun? It takes for ever to charge and then does nothing! I guess I have to keep the recticle on the guy the whole time it charges? Seems kinda hard to use since the radius isn't that big and it take forever to charge up.

All you need to do is charge it and then put the reticule over the guy just before it fires.

I'll usually stand behind a rock while it starts to charge and pop out at the last moment to aim for the kill.

Although, the gun is MUCH better at killing vehicles than it is killing people. Its purpose is to kill vehicles.

I love dual-wielding the Spikers, and the Needler is also nice as well.

Where did the flamethrower come from? I have never seen it till yesterday playing online with a bunch of OS'ers in matchmaking. I flamed a bunch of people with it, Isles, Jmood (by accident!), etc. That thing rocked!!!

Close range I got with duel spikers. Farther away I like the battle rifle. I can't shoot the sniper worth a darn...every time I try and sit and snipe I get picked off, especially on small maps.
