A quick google search revealed a lot of people with 86.xx max speeds, it's either a bug in the reporting or 86mph was the quickest the game could handle.

The way Kelso and Phelps interacted was the only real interesting thing later in the game. I hated playing as Phelps who came off smug with his questioning so getting to play as Kelso I enjoyed. I was hoping there would be a story going back with the Vice guys to confront the shady things going on but nope.

Game started strong for me, but it fizzled off mighty fast. I avoided any and all media stuff about the game so going into the game I was completely blind to what was being said about the game.

Fontaine I enjoyed listening to talk, he was the one guy to creep me out.

Loved the Kelso/Monroe exchange in Monroe's house with his "warnings"

I just have mixed feelings about the game overall. If I had to rate it, it'd be in the 80s out of 100 range. The one thing I hope thats used in future games is the facial animations to convey emotion. That was the one thing that kept me playing really, I just loved watching the characters' faces react to what was being said

I do have a good chunk of patrol missions to do. Are they any good like the stranger missions in RDR or is it not worth messing with? I'm not interested in getting 100% or anything

The street crimes are really short, max 5 minutes each. You either show up and shoot a couple people, do a foot chase, or a car chase.

It sounds like your HDD is too full or you have some corrupt firmware files on it. With your PS3 off, hold the power button down (on the console, not the controller) until you get two beeps. This will bring up a recovery menu. Select the third option, Restore File System. This fixes all the firmware files and doesn't remove or touch anything else such as game data.

IT was going well in the begining. I got through a hour. Then I went to the startup of LA Noire when it say "Press Start" and I heard the song loop and loop constantly and I knew it would freeze. Oh well.

I came so close to finally 5-starring a case. I got 17/17 clues , but only 11/13 on the questions. I messed up in the first interrogation involving the older woman. I nailed everything else. Rusty or whatever the douche bag partner of mine's name is.. continues to be dismissive of the fact that the murders have been too easy to solve and seem to be linked. I think it's pretty obvious they are and has something to do with the corruption"

It's a love hate relationship.

Just tried a street crime where I had to chase an old man down. I tried to just chase him down and tackle him, but my character wouldn't do it.. then in turn the guy shot me. I had to redo it and just shoot him. I wanted the option just to lock him up.. lol

Unless you have to drive all the way across LA,then it's more like 10.
