        Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)

Just looked at the screens. There's one where a guy with a gun (i'm guessing our character) is entering a room and it's sunny so the blinds give off some light. Really neat stuff but the screen you posted is probably the best.

I'm REALLY looking forward to this.

I kind of hope there is an option to play this game in black and white.

They say the crimes are based on real crimes that happened in that era. I wonder if the Black Dahlia case or something similar will be included? That would be pretty cool.

If it is, they said that names and other important information has been changed to protect the victims and their families.

In other words, you could probably speculate that a crime is based on the Black Dahlia case, but enough will have changed that it'll be difficult for someone to say Rockstar was bringing up a real case.

Yeah, I understand that, but it would definitely be cool to have in the game, the ultimate whodunit.

I like a game with ambition. Sounds like they're trying to become the Avatar of gaming. I just hope that, unlike Avatar, they include a story inside all this ambition.

Awesome trailer. I love the use of lights and shadows. Hopefully that use of light and shadows persists when you're actually playing.

That trailer is REALLY old. I remember watching it at least 2 years ago.

I've really been craving a game that's as large and deep as San Andreas, so maybe this will be the one. I love GTA IV for its incredible graphics and revolutionary physics, but it doesn't offer half as much as San Andreas did.
