Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
I've never heard of Ms. Brucken but that was pretty good. I think I'd prefer the song to be a little slower tempo then that but still, it captures the time period quite well.
Since we're just over a week away I hope we get some hands on video.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
This game came on my radar wayyyy late lol, similar to Red Dead, but I've pre-ordered and can't wait.
Can see this owning my soul until NCAA drops...even after too.Patrick Mahomes > GodComment

L.A. Noire Character Dossier & New Screens: Captain Donnelly

In L.A. Noire, Captain James Donnelly is both respected and feared throughout the department as the pragmatic, no-nonsense Officer-in-Charge of the Homicide desk. This Irish-born LAPD career veteran provides briefings and debriefings to Phelps and the other desk detectives as they work all manner of murder cases across Los Angeles.
Less concerned with the letter of the law and more concerned with hard results, he's known to push a bareknuckle enforcer’s demand for confessions and convictions. Careers are made and broken on Captain Donnelly’s word. Check out some brand new screens of Captain Donnelly below, which can be seen in high def at his official dossier page on the L.A. Noire website.

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
The Captain Donnelly character seems like he's going to be a key guy in this game in a lot of ways. I just can't square his Irish roots with a game set in LA though...I usually think of Chicago or Boston when there's Irish cops milling about.Last edited by SPTO; 05-09-2011, 05:26 PM.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
He reminds me of the captain in LA Confidental already for some reason.
