Anybody play the PS3 version? Curious how it compares. I know framerate was an issue for the PS3 on the last CoD.

The graphics are a major dissapointment on my TV 1080i just doesn't look as good as 1200p on a computer monitor.

I can't touch Halo 3 after playing this. I spent 5 hours of multi player. Man I love using the m16 with the laser scope. The fastest way I've found to level up and get upgraded weapons was in Ground War which is 18 players. One of my buddies got 56 kills in one of the games.

I'm having a hard time with all the reviews saying it's a graphic masterpiece?

I hope I'm not too far behind everyone when I get this for Christmas. I wouldn't have any time to play it now anyway.

My only gripe with the game is it has no peak around corners/shoot from cover ability. I think those features need to be a standard in FPS games.

That being said, the game is ALOT of fun to play on and offline. They got the atmosphere nailed, and the graphics are really done well.

                    .
I wish that was in as well. I love crawling around in the high grass and just shooting people as the run by.

I played from yesterday from about 6-8, took about a 45 minute break, than I played until about about 8:45 to 10, took about an hour break, next thing I know, it's 1:55 in the morning and I have to get up in 5 hours.

This game is just amazing. It's so much fun. I am loving it. I thought about this game when I woke up and I wanted to play before I went to work.

Yeah it's going to be hard to go back to Halo, even though I had a blast with it. It's going to be put on the backend for a while. I'll have this to take up my time and then College Hoops in a few weeks...

You should be fine man, it doesn't take long to rank up. I got the ACOG scope or whatever...I was doing better with the red dot.

Question is, how long until this dies a similar online death as so many games before it. Or does it have the Rainbow Six legs. It's a shame this game came out when it did, so many major titles in the next 2 weeks. I see it dying out next week, but picking back up early December. We'll see.

I usually keep all my FPS. So as long as we keep a good group of players we should have longevity.

Scott, every game dies in two weeks with you.

I think this one has legs. With Matchmaking, an addictive ranking system, and customization of practically everything...this one should last. Not to mention the gameplay is superb.

I didn't care too much for the beta, but I had a blast last night.

Yeah I agree. The timing is awful. With all these games coming out this month, this will be old news quickly.
