I finish pretty much all the games I buy, and rent the rest.

But I don't buy as many games as a lot of you.

I'd say I finish about 50% of the games I play that are single player. Some games get old to me... like Condemned.

I don't finish many. Last one I think I finished was Zelda: Twilight Princess. I'll finish Bioshock eventually. Possibly Halo 3..but I play that online almost exclusively.

I hardly ever finish a game. I don't have that much time or I would.

Also, mostly all I buy are sports games and the occasional shooter. I just finished COD 4 and this is the first time in a couple of years that I have finished a game. The call of duty games usually aren't that long.

I don't really get that much satisfaction out of beating a game anymore. I have more fun firing up an online game. That way I can get in about hour of gaming and have my fix.

Most of the time I finish. I've only bought 2 360 games that I didn't finish, Enchanted Arms and Def Jam Icon. Enchanted Arms is pretty long and gets tedious, Def Jam just bores the hell out of me.

i got the 3 game rule...

ill never own more than 3 games at once

right now i got cod4, nhl 08, and uncharted.....

finished cod4, and 2/3 done uncharted....

when im done with uncharted ill prolly pick up mass effect...

before I had this 3 game rule, I never finished anything, now i basically finish every game i buy

I use Gamefly, so if I rent a game, I'll leech the holy out of it--if I like it--until I finish. If it bores me or I don't like it, I'll get rid of it, no problem (e.g. F.E.A.R.).

Of the games I buy, I try to beat them at least once. I rarely get 100% completion on sandbox games, though (GTA, Saint's Row, The Godfather, etc.).

The last game I have yet to finish is Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Lost interest halfway through, but will finish it eventually.

Yeah, I think I do have an compulsive spending issue. When I buy the games/dvds I can see myself playing/watching them, but I just don't get around to it. It is definitely something I am working on. I tell myself that they will be there later, but I just feel like I have to have them at that moment.

While I am not quite this bad, I can understand where you are coming from. Even when I have a backlog of games to play, if I am in a store like Target, I have to go to the electronics department just to see what they have......And I always check the bargain bin...even if there aren't any games I am looking for. It is pathetic.

I play mainly sports games. And while you can't really "finish" a sports game, you can reach a level of feeling you got your moneys worth. I have been struggling more and more in recent years. It seems to take several weeks to learn new controls and get sliders you are happy with....And not long after that another new sports game is out and the cycle begins again.

I used to have a habit of buying sports games every other year. But 2K and their $20 price tags a few years ago kind of got me out of the habit. However now that I am on a 360, the $60 is probably incentive enough to get me back on track.

I have beat mainly all of the games I purchase. The last game I can remember not beating is FFX, got stuck when you had to fight that guy inside of Sin. Just could never beat him. I have beat all Halos, AC, ME, COD 1,2,3,4, Viva Pin, Gears, KOTOR 1,2, Darkness, King Kong, LOTR Battle for Middle Earth 2, and others.

Im kinda in the midd. Just got AC and CHoops. Just finished Halo 3 and COD4. The only thing is im a multi player game so COD4 is still turning in the 360. I cant stop playing it. I havent even opened AC yet. Still debating on if im keeping it.

I finish some of the games I get, but not a whole lot of them. Probably the best game I've ever played is FFX for the PS2. I logged at least 70 hours playing that game and it never got old. Heck, if I still had a PS2, I could probably log 70 more hours playing that game.

For the 360, I have beaten COD2, Gears, played over 200 games in NBA 2K7, and I got full satisfaction out of GHII. Maybe it's the songs in the game, but I can't get into GHIII like I did with GHII. I'll tackle Mass Effect and AC over Winter Break and hopefully I can beat those two games as well.

I have a bit of OCD when it comes to finishing games. I don't start another one till I finish one. That's why I have unopened games sitting around my house.
