So my Diablo 3 time was initially on my mac, I leveled barbarian and demon hunter to 70.

Then I switched to PS4, lost my initial characters, and I leveled a crusader and wizard to 70. Prior to the announcment of seasons on console, I had leveled a Witch Doctor and Monk to around level 50.

I decided to just delete my level 50 heroes and start them over as seasonal characters. Played a bit today and got my Witch Doctor to level 15 and beat the skeleton king.

Planning to use each season to level at least one new character to 70. Aiming for the platinum PS4 trophy.

I finally found some Falcon wings! I am loving them, awesome look on my Witch Doctor!

Necromancer probably not too far off, it's about to enter beta.

You can sign up by reading this. It appears its just PC though, not consoles but it really does not say for sure here..

That's cool, I accepted it just now! I plan to play tonight, tomorrow and Saturday for a good bit in the evening, although Saturday depends upon if my nephew comes over for some MLB The Show.

Yeah I think so. I took, oh I dunno, a year or close to it, as a break and came back. They've added a lot of different things, tweaked annoyances, made things much better overall and now this Seasons thing comes along...

Plus I never even knew there were all these wings and pets you could discover. Like a dummy I just played the game at face value but I told my wife I wanted to start actually targeting things to do like get new wings, find a new pet and so last night I went a hunting for these wings and it took me a couple of hours of farming but eventually found them.

My wife wants the cosmic wings but those are very difficult to get. We are going to work on that this weekend.

Come on back and I think you'll enjoy the additions. Seasons is awesome!

Do those cosmetics drop like other items or are there challenges to complete to obtain them?

They either randomly drop or you must do a series of events and challenges to complete them. Here is one for the pet cow:

How to get the cow pet in Diablo 3
Steps:
-Rotten Mushroom (level 9 I think)
-Go back to Adria's cauldron to consume the Rotten Mushroom to get the Witch's Brewl
-Click on Farnham's Corpse to receive the Drunkard's Dept
-Click on Ogden's Corpse to receive Garda's Letter
-Click on Pepin's Corpse to receive Healer's Prescription
-Click on Griswold's Corpse to receive Wirt's Leg recipe
-Learn the Recipe at the Blacksmith
-Go to "Mace" and Craft Wirt's Leg
-Salvage Wirt's Leg to receive the Map of the Stars
-Go to where "there's 3 Cow Corpses" (just next to Adria's hut)
-Click on Corpse #2, then #1 and finish with #3
(1)------(2)------(3)
2-1-3
-Go inside that Portal
-Go to the middle
-Open the Chest
-Consume the item
-Enjoy your Cow Pet

I don't think this one is possible really though since the Rotten Mushroom may have been a temporary item when they did that throwback to old Diablo weekend but I'm still investigating because I really want that pet cow.

Oh so you're here now? Your profile shows Nashville. I lived there as a kid, hated it, absolutely hated it. I hated the heat, the southern accents and the damned country music, LOL.

I'm on the west side of Cbus over in Marysville. Love it here, it's close enough to everything to get there but away from a lot of the big city problems (and taxes).

What's the deal with seasons? Start a character, work your way up and then start over next season? I'll keep a look out for sales on this. Don't really want to drop 120 on Diablo but if I can catch a psn sale I'll bite.

Yes exactly plus they have special challenges to complete to get special sets and weapons..
