One problem many JRPGs have is too much filler gameplay that leads to repetition. This game doesn't have that problem, but Disc 3 could have used more filler between the cutscenes.

Yes.

I try to take a few days off when I start feeling that way and it helps a great bit...of course to be fair...any game that is 30-40 hrs long will get that way after a while.

Sounds like a lot of good impressions so far. I may have to give this a shot. I never thought I could come back to a JRPG after Mass Effect, but with everyone saying good things about it, I may have to give it a shot.

I damn their level capping areas...

I leveled from 32 to 49 at about a level per battle in Gogora's Lab. Now I gotta get the second team leveled.
