Well, it's official. Coming November.

Gears of War 2 Announced

CliffyB has officially announced Gears of War 2. He just said on stage that Gears of War 2 will be "bigger, better and more badass" than the first game, which was just a set up for all the things that we are going to see in Gears of War 2.

The game will feature massive crowds of characters, dynamic fluid effects, structural degradation of solid objects, ambient occlusion to improve shadow highlights and many more features.

A trailer was shown that didn't reveal any gameplay but showed a very stylish, cinematic battle between Marcus Fenix and a Locust soldier.

Wasn't a big fan on the online play but I look forward to continuing the campaign mode!

I just hope multiplayer is a bit more fleshed out. 4 vs. 4 was kinda lame after a while. Playing coop in this game was second to none though.

I loved the first game though. GoW was a ridiculously fun game.

I enjoyed 4 vs 4.

I was probably a little harsh on the 4 vs. 4, I was absolutely terrible at MP in this game unlike the decent scores I'm used to in Halo

STILL play Gears of Way once or twice a week online... THE BEST online experience ever in my opinion; I hope the only changes they make to it are improvements (and keep the 4v4, I like that a lot).
